My only minor complaint is with breakfast management; the coffee machine was out of water for a long time and no one refilled it, and there were no staff around to report it to. However, this is a small issue when considering how wonderful the hotel is, especially with that mountain view. It's definitely the top choice in Chaka!"

"We chose the Chaka Huacheng Hotel for our self-driving Qinghai Lake loop trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is relatively new and conveniently located, just a ten-minute drive to the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. It also came equipped with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, perfectly addressing concerns about the high-altitude dryness and altitude sickness, making it ideal for families traveling with children. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The hotel has a huge free parking lot, so parking was absolutely stress-free for self-drivers. Downstairs, there's a well-stocked supermarket and various restaurants, making shopping and dining very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. The facilities are complete, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chaka; I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!"
