I got the Hotel El Paso through a roulette deal, and it's my second time staying here... and I still love it just as much! The place is clean, the decor is really well done and perfectly on theme, which gives the hotel a lot of charm. The rooms are cozy; you feel right at home immediately. The buffet is good quality despite the crowd: there's plenty of choice, it's varied, and well organized. No complaints there. The park is really great, and best of all, it's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient for making the most of your stay. Plus, thanks to the Trip website, I got a great discount, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

I've been staying at this hotel regularly for over ten years. The main advantage of this hotel is the staff, who never change. So, all regular guests here become part of the family. This time I was here for my birthday, and it was so nice to receive the warmest congratulations from everyone! The hotel is impeccable. The only downside is that the breakfast food, which should be hot, is completely cold.

The service at the great reception, at the buffet breakfast was not so good, the girl we asked if please could make some tortillas we were looking would be and when we told her that there was no hot milk to put to coffee in the buffet I also looked at us very seriously and answered us quite dry, the other girl and the boy though very sympathetic. The room was not quite good, there were screws on the floor that had not been fresh and a lot of dust above the desk light.The location is great and the hotel is very beautiful.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Excellent inexpensive hotel. 15 minutes walk to Port Aventura. The price included half board and it was worth the money. There is a lot of different food. At breakfast, if you come late, you will probably have to stand in line. A lot of children, family hotel. The downside for me was the service in the dining room. First, you can’t wait for the waiter to bring water (it’s paid for at dinners). But as soon as you leave for 30 seconds to get your food, the waiters have already cleared your table with all the food on the plates without even asking. And this happened more than once. The room had a bit dirty floors. No blankets, but warm. Overall would stay again.

The hotel is very good and they are reforming it, they should clean the balconies, because there is also dirt with a barbecue already, very good food and variety, animations are very good for children and also for adults. The good thing you open with a bracelet you can make your room and you can put money. In addition the hotel is very big and there are two dining rooms. I'll come back with my son

The hotel is quite simple and the rooms are just for a 4-star hotel. It's true you're in the park almost. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The hotel is very clean. We had requested room with one bed but there were really two weddings. In the bathroom there is a dryer, champagne, gel and body cream, also a tooth shield with mini paste and pein. The buffet is a little small, long tail for the newly made food and the templed posters instead of colds. The room is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

I like the place and is very comfortable to stay. The service and the cleanliness in the room is very nice
