I got the Hotel El Paso through a roulette deal, and it's my second time staying here... and I still love it just as much! The place is clean, the decor is really well done and perfectly on theme, which gives the hotel a lot of charm. The rooms are cozy; you feel right at home immediately. The buffet is good quality despite the crowd: there's plenty of choice, it's varied, and well organized. No complaints there. The park is really great, and best of all, it's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient for making the most of your stay. Plus, thanks to the Trip website, I got a great discount, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

We found a hotel on the way to drive, the price is very high! The front desk staff was very welcoming and the hotel facilities were a bit old. The breakfast was very rich and the fruit was fresh! I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous. The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor. It was really unpleasant.

Здравствуйте! Проживали в данном отеле с 25 июля по 5 августа 2025 года! Отель расположен очень удобно и к пляжу и к автобусной остановке Bus Plana! Очень удобно добираться в парк развлечений и аэропорт! Сервис тоже хороший! Весь персонал приветлив и быстро решает вопрос! Все очень стараются! Однозначно рекомендую! Крепкая 4-ка

40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.
