SSHUN1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). GGuest UserThe room facilities are slightly old and the health can be better. Close to the old city, about 3-4 kilometers away, about ten minutes drive. There is an Olezi at the entrance of the hotel that is very convenient. Hotel service is OK, there is a food that needs to be heated, and it can be solved after going to the restaurant. Breakfast is OK for European hotels, basically meet the needs.

GGuest UserThe hotel is built beneath the city walls, in a medieval European castle style, with a very comfortable lounge every three steps.
The receptionist was incredibly kind. We arrived in the morning intending to leave our luggage, but she said there were rooms available and we could check in early—super friendly!
The breakfast was also very plentiful and satisfying.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
