Wonderful, clean, great location, delicious food - amazing unique breakfast and steps to the Sephardic museum and the Monestario de San Juan de los Reyos. Ideal place, though the parking was full when I arrived. But there's public parking not far away.

1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The hotel is located outside the ancient city of Toledo, and parking is free, which is good for self-driving tourists. The hotel is not far from the San Martin Bridge, it takes about 15 minutes to get there; if you have time, you can park your car at the hotel and walk through the San Martin Bridge to enter the ancient city (this bridge can only be pedestrianized). If you drive into the city, you will have a lot of detours. It may take longer than walking. The hotel provides breakfast (included in the room rate). Although there are not many choices, it is not bad. The hotel has a good environment, with its own small yard; the rooms are not big, but they are quite cozy.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

It was good value for money. I was worried because there was no elevator, but I was thankful that there was a young male employee at the front desk who helped me. I recommend it.
