AAmanda MichelleLocation was 16 minutes walk from the train station and about the same walk to the old city, with lots to see in between. The hotel appears to be a local chain that does not as easily accommodate those who are not connected to it. This was my 6th and last stop on my trip to Europe, and it was the only place that did not include water. In fact, nothing in the minibar was included and that was not well marked in the room. Breakfast was quite good, but service was not as good.

SSunshineTDecent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

GGuest UserPros: Spacious, good service, breakfast is in the bar downstairs; limited selection but good taste, half buffet, hot dishes à la carte. Also, a great place to dry clothes! Cons: The entrance is too small, and the name is slightly different from the one on Ctrip, so I almost couldn't find it on my two trips; I only found it after reading reviews saying it was near the bar. Also, there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay. Otherwise, it was pretty good overall.

GGuest UserWe had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful

GGuest UserGreat location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. The restaurant seems overpriced, with breakfast at €22 per person so I did not try it. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and comfy bed, although the mini fridge was not cold at all (even after I changed settings) and the aircon was slow. Not soundproof at all– luckily I had earplugs but my partner didn’t and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms from the elevator, as well as hearing everything outside the window.

GGuest UserThe location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired.

This hotel is close to the famous museum, but it is far from the beach. ＜Service＞ A very kind male employee is working diligently. However, there are parts that are lacking in a four-star hotel. ＜Facility＞ It is a well constructed hotel as a four-star hotel. However, maintenance seems to be difficult, and there are quite a few broken parts. ＜Price＞ On this trip, I arrived in Valencia via Rome, Florence, Nice, Genoa, Montpellier, Barcelona, and Madrid, but the hotel prices in Valencia seem relatively expensive. I thought this hotel was price competitive, but the price suddenly increased over the weekend, so I gave up the extension of stays. There are a lot of group tourists, and when they stay, the price seems to go up.＜Comprehensive＞ Overall, it can be said to be a good hotel.
