"The hotel is located in the center of Suva, the capital of Fiji. It is convenient to go anywhere. The boss is very nice (I later called and found out that he is Chinese, awesome). The water supply in the hotel was cut off due to municipal construction. I didn't know it was an emergency until I arrived that day. But the boss took into consideration that it was inconvenient for us to wash and shower, so she arranged for us to stay in another hotel in her group. The hotel charges a high fee, so they made up for the extra fee. It's great! The location of the other hotel is also very good. It's just a few steps away from the Fijian Parliament Building and the famous Pacific Hotel. Therefore, I especially recommend these two hotels to friends who are going to Suva for business and travel!"

"I paid over 30,000 yen with breakfast included, so I expected a luxurious hotel. However, there was no refrigerator, and the desk had a dirty old desk lamp. I felt it offered very poor value for money. On top of that, the breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was extremely limited. The staff, however, were friendly."

"Unfortunately, this hotel was extremely disappointing for the price. The property feels very run down and poorly maintained, making it hard to justify the expensive rate. While the staff were genuinely fantastic, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, the condition of the hotel itself really let the experience down. The bathrooms were not properly stocked in there was no hand soap provided, and the conditioner bottles appeared to be watered down. The entire place had a strong musty smell, which made it feel unclean and outdated. On top of that, the shower pressure was incredibly weak, making even basic comfort an issue. Overall, the service from the staff was the only real highlight. For the price being charged, the hotel seriously needs upgrades and better attention to cleanliness and amenities."

"As an IHG member, I expected to have a better experience. Staff was lovely at check in and check out and porter service was great. A lovely room and incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillow options. Just disappointed by the bathroom which was tiny and awkward and water did not drain easily in both shower and sink. It was also near the laundry so noisy and not very restful. Great selection of food but be prepared to wait. It is a popular dining spot."

"Lots of cockroaches. The location is good and the facilities are decent, but the cleaning is poor. I slept with cockroaches all night. I paid by card, but I had to do it again on the spot. They said they would refund it after that. This is the first time I've ever had to pay like this."
