Batu Hotels with Free Parking.

We had an amazing stay, very good breakfast spread, great room but no fridge. Can’t expect much on cleanliness since this is an old hotel buat we are happy with the services such as reasonable laundry cost, friendly staff and kids activities on one of the day.

The location is strategic, it was truly a very pleasant stay with friendly service and very helpful staff. The room was clean, the food was also delicious, and the cafe on the top floor was excellent with a beautiful view; unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to take photos. There's a playground for children and a swimming pool. It's very suitable for a family stay.

First at all thank you for upgrade our room, actually it hard to make decision to stay at kusuma before, because of im not sure this hotel well maintain or not. We know that kusuma agro is one of the legendary hotel at Batu city ( remind that im still at primary school this hotel already exist) It surprised me, the building well maintain, no leak at all, no ceiling spot, water heater running well and the breakfast great My 3 years old baby really happy stay hill except the weird statue (he said annoyed sad face statue) Thank you for the staff also, it a great warm experience and ill be back soon

Stayed here recently and honestly, overall it was a pretty lovely experience. The place itself has a nice, calming vibe, and once everything settled, it really felt worth it. But… check-in was a bit of a confusing. The staff told me that because of a Lebaran promo, my room got upgraded from Deluxe to a mountain view room. Naturally, I was happy. Thought I hit the jackpot, right? Well… turns out, not quite. When we got to the room, it felt a bit off straight away. Smaller space, tighter layout, and definitely not what you’d expect from a Deluxe upgrade. Turns out it was actually a Superior room, which is a level BELOW Deluxe. Felt a bit like being pranked, not gonna lie. And with three of us, it just didn’t work. Way too cramped. I ended up going back down, had a proper chat with the staff, and asked to be moved. To their credit, they handled it quite well. Got us back into the correct Deluxe room, and yeah… massive difference. The room was way more spacious, much quieter, and just felt right. Proper comfort. That’s when the stay finally clicked into place. So yeah, a bit of a shaky start, but it ended well. If anything, just DOUBLE CHECK your room type during check-in so you don’t get caught off guard like I did. Would I stay again? Yeah, probably. Just with a bit more attention at the front desk next time.

strategic location room is quite spacious, unique design, there is a direction of Qibla can be used for congregational prayer of 4 check in at 19.50 but there are no towels and mats in the room, the information is that the laundry is on its way :( even though the check in schedule is at 14.00 bfast included but didn't take it because I was disappointed and immediately checked out at 05.30‼️

Overall, my stay was quite good. The staff service was friendly, and the hotel facilities were comfortable. However, there are a few things that could be improved for the future. During check-in, it was already close to 2:30 PM. When I asked when the room would be ready, I was told to wait and that I would be called. Given that the check-in time had already passed, I had hoped the room would be available sooner, as it cut into guests' rest time. For a reputable hotel like Aston, I believe timely room availability is a crucial part of a comfortable stay. In fact, at some other hotels in the same area, rooms are accessible even earlier. Furthermore, I believe the breakfast food options could be improved. Considering Aston's standard and reputation, I had hoped for a more appealing and diverse menu to provide a more memorable experience for guests. Thank you for the service provided. I hope this feedback can be used for evaluation to enhance the quality of services in the future.

The villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked. For the staff service is okay. Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious.

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
