GGuest UserThe price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok.

GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didnโt have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

SSergey MitrofanovIf you need to stay in the center of Mataram, this is a great option. For the price, everything was great. The room was big, everything worked. The staff was friendly. Just be prepared for the fact that very early in the morning all the mosques around start calling for prayer.

JJanโnworldIt was a solid and clean room. I arrived very late, but I could still checkin and they even brought me to a restaurant to get some food. They were very friendly, but we had an internet outage, which was probably not their fault.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
