We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!

Staff Harris Hotel bernama Andika, i nk credit untuk kamu.. from day 1 till last day kamu sntiasa ada.. not only u.. all the staff bagus2.. tapi kamu sntiasa make us feel like a family.. anwy, we Had a really enjoyable stay at Harris Hotel! 🥰 The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. My family and I had a great time staying here. Everything was convenient and made our trip even more enjoyable. Definitely a hotel I’d be happy to come back to again! owh.. not forgotten, for those coffee lover dlm bilik ada coffee machine❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the location the most. Fuss-free hotel tbh. Only issue i have with this hotel is that there is no power socket by the bed. So i have to charge it next to the tv. Also the toilet had a backflow issue which is gross - this is fixed by the hotel after i mentioned it to them. Not my first stay here. If you’re not fussy, want cheap and convenient, then this hotel is it. Please get the breakfast along with your rooms as it’s more worth it that way and the food is REALLY GOOD.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

This hotel is connected to Nagoya Hill shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping. There are many massage parlors, barbershops, and beauty salons nearby. After shopping, you can enjoy some relaxation there! The hotel breakfast is very rich, and the staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The price is reasonable, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel! Great value for money, I would definitely stay here again next time! The bed was huge, the hotel is very new and close to the city center.

The hotel Air-Conditioning is very bad. I have reported to the receptionist, but they refused to fixed that. I slept with sweat body and the room feel warm. The location is very strategic. The room condition is very cosy. Everything is nice but the only AC is problem. Hope hotel management can fix the problem ASAP

Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily. Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging. Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

Extremely satisfied with my stay here. I got a beautiful room at 7.12. The location is strategic, close to Nagoya Mall, easy to get a GoCar, and there are lots of culinary options on the ground floor.

The room layout is fantastic but maybe due to low occupancy, very strong mouldy smell. Room is old, hair dryer not working and bathroom not able to drain properly (very very slow as if anytime will flood) Staff service is very good, chg a room for us after our feedback immediately with no questions asked but won't book the second time unfortunately. Location is good, just behind A2 food court and Batam City Sq shopping.
