KAI Kaga inherited hundreds of years of hot spring inns and used new modern models to attract tourists in the hope of driving crowds to the hot springs in nearby districts. However, it turns out that the surrounding area is very deserted. Except for KAI Kaga, which is fully booked on weekends, there are almost no crowds. The surrounding shops are either closed or on the way to closing, and the nearby shrines specially marked as tourist attractions are also deserted. The hotel itself, the rooms, the hot springs, the facilities and the food are all average, but it is really not worth the price (it may also be that there are more people on weekends and the price is higher). The high unit price will easily make people look at the small details through a magnifying glass, and they will find that many small areas need to be strengthened. Another drawback is that there is no shuttle service from the station to the hotel (other lower-priced hotels nearby offer that). If you don't happen to pass by and want to take a hot spring bath, it is not recommended to come here specifically. In the end, I didn't give a bad review because the service staff were relatively young and had a good attitude. Xingye has its own set of training for its employees.

A perfect stay experience can make you happy for a long time. There is no flaw and it must be full of 5 stars, especially the quality of the service staff and the meticulous ordering of dishes. The hot spring here is also very large, and the sister hotel ”Yadoli” can also be used for free. The hotel's shuttle bus runs at 15:30 at Kaga Onsen Station. The hot spring street is very beautiful at night, but not too prosperous, but the facilities are complete and quiet. That's awesome x3. I was participating in the Kagaspa UTM race in Japan and booked this hotel. It's a ten-minute walk from the starting point and another ten minutes from Yamanakaza Street. It's a quiet escape from the bustle. The room faces a stream and mountains, with the green hills surrounding the stream and casting shadows, a truly beautiful sight. The hotel was also very clean. Dinner was a semi-buffet and quite standard. I withdrew from the 100km race this time, but I'm sure I'll finish it next year.

Very nice Japanese hot spring hotel. The surrounding scenery is also quite good. The outdoor scenery of the hotel's public hot spring pool is so beautiful. The hotel provides transportation to and from the station which is very convenient, but remember to make a reservation in advance.

The customer service was excellent. We didn’t expect to get a really big room and it comes with breakfast and dinner buffet which to be honest was some of the best I’ve had in Japan. I can’t wait to go back. Cleanliness could definitely be improved though but nothing too crazy to be turned off with.

We were on a road trip, and the hotel was right by the lake, with beautiful scenery perfect for relaxing. The public bath was large and quite comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style, but the menu was simpler compared to other hot spring hotels in Hokkaido.

I booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good.

The hotel is relatively remote and more suitable for self-driving tourists. My friends and I are not self-driving this time. It is easy to find by taking a bus for about half an hour at Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel also has a special car to take us from the hotel to Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel is very large, the room is very large, Japanese style, very good experience, the hot springs have open-air and indoor, the open-air hot springs are very good, completely bathed in the mountains and forests, a great experience!

During our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan. The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.
