素泊まりだったので食事を済ませてチェックインが20時過ぎになってしまいましたが、丁寧に対応して頂き　けました。 夜食にお蕎麦があると言うことを知らずに食事をして来たのでお腹いっぱいで食べられなくて残念でした。 玄関の上の部屋だったのか、道路側の部屋だったので早朝2時30分のチェックアウトの方の話し声とお見送りのホテルの方の声が会話の内容までわかる程、聞こえます。 起きてしまう程です。お風呂は、山代温泉街なのに効能が書いてないところを見ると温泉♨️ではないのか⁉️と、思う感じでした。 朝にコーヒーがサービスして頂けるのは嬉しいですが、部屋に置いて頂けると下のラウンジまで行かなくて良いのにと思いました。 部屋は小さな子がいないのに、熊のぬいぐるみのある部屋で可愛かったです笑😆

During our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan. The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.

It was my first time there. It was more than worth the price! The accommodation, bath, and food were all above our expectations. My family and I have been talking about how we really want to come back. However, when my children and I asked the staff where the vending machines were at night, they were cleaning up so it may have been difficult, but we were completely ignored right in front of us, which was a little sad.
