This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.
The hotel has friendly staff, especially in the 5th floor restaurant. The Wi-Fi was strong and the bed was comfortable. An area to improve would be to make sure the curtains are long enough or able to cover the entire window. Aside from a screaming child, the hotel was quite enough that one couldn’t tell it is on a busy road.
I'm sure I can say that it seemed to be doing a favor to you (Karina or Karen I don't remember your name well) reception. Raquel and buttons (Oscar) well. I wouldn't come back yet. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.
