HHolidaytimevacayWe had a wonderful stay at Place Charis, Janda Baik. The location is quiet and serene—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The calm river nearby is great for a refreshing swim, and the BBQ pit provided made our evenings extra enjoyable.
The property is easy to find with spacious parking available, which made arrival stress-free. The staff were warm
and welcoming, always ready to assist. It’s also very family-friendly, with activities that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature.

XXiaopangyoujiEnvironment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary.
Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it.
Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment.
Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum.
Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious. I drank seven or eight cups in total. I strongly recommend it.

GGuest UserChempaka 7 bathroom water pressure is high, water super hot. The only setback is the mirror fixed at a corner behind shower screen which is difficult to use.
There are no aircon the room. During our stay the weather is hot even in the evening. Inside the room is unconfort able even with ceiling fan switch on.

LLeong Sin YanWe had a wonderful stay at here. It was so refreshing to be surrounded by nature and fresh air. The tent was comfortable and stayed cool thanks to the air conditioning, and having our own private bathroom and BBQ pit made the experience very convenient.
There were plenty of activities to keep us busy, from rummy, mahjong, ping pong and badminton to selection of board games and karaoke. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing break!

AALLSONThe house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. There is a nice gym room and swimming pool which you can enjoy the view. There is 2 restaurant with walking distance which you can settle your dinner and breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

XxplorexCNY staycation at Erya by Suria Hotspring Bentong. This was my second stay. Hotel was full house and quite crowded.
Breakfast was basic with 5 main options plus toast and cornflakes. Coffee, tea, milk and juice provided. Food just average.
Room was clean but on the second day there was no hot water at all.
Hot spring has two pools with different temperatures, both hot and comfortable.
Overall, okay for a short stay.

JJenThe hotel is a little out of the way to town and other eateries. There is literally no grab/uber service to bring you out if you’re looking to adventure outside of the hotel. The food at the restaurant needs to be improved. We ordered char kway teow but it was served half cold.

CCatherineRoom is big but is not well maintained.. Quite a lot of plug are not functioning. Air-corn’s compressor sound very loud. Hope this problem can be fix then will be perfect. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast are good too. We like the environment there. Very relaxing.

I booked deluxe room but change my mind to twin room . Was allowed to change instantly without any charges.
The rooms cum with fan which i like very much .
Recommended for car travellers because got a lot of private parking space.
