Sandakan Hotels with Free Parking.

I made a last-minute decision to visit Sepilok and, with limited options, ended up booking this hotel. Overall, it's decent, but don't expect too much from the room facilities, as it was built in 2006. I recommend bringing your own slippers and toiletries, as they aren't provided proactively. However, the hotel environment itself is quite nice. There's supposedly a good trail within the resort, but I couldn't find it anywhere – it might be a very rustic path, and I didn't dare explore further after the rain. It's also very close to the sun bear and orangutan centers, within walking distance. The hotel check-in starts at 2 PM, and the orangutan center's feeding time begins at 3 PM, but the sun bear sanctuary closes at 3:30 PM. So, if you plan to visit both attractions after checking in, I suggest heading to the sun bear sanctuary first. Alternatively, you could visit both attractions in the morning before checking into the hotel. The hotel's night walk was pretty good; I was initially worried about safety, but it turned out to be quite easy. That said, it's still wise to bring proper gear.

A treehouse in the jungle, exactly what we were looking for! Mosquito nets in good condition, an open-air (private) bathroom, and the sound of crickets to fall asleep to. The common areas are pleasant, the welcome was cheerful, and the food was very healthy.

A very affordable, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay in beautiful Sandakan, close to the coast, the sea, and right next to the city center. This lovely accommodation is very cozy and has super fast, reliable internet. The bed is very comfortable; we slept wonderfully. The reception staff are very kind, friendly, warm, and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and highly recommended. We heartily recommend this wonderful accommodation to all travelers and would definitely stay there again. We felt right at home. Gloria Swiss is located near the airport so is very convenient. We got a two room family suite which was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it has a large parking lot and a gas station nearby, which is great for self-driving travelers staying overnight. The room design is a bit retro, but all the amenities are there and it's very clean. Highly recommended for friends who are on a road trip!

Clean hotel. Comfortable. Close to restaurants, so it's easy to find food. Mydin is only about 3-4km away.

This time, there was no water supply in Sabah and the water supply in the hotel was pitifully small. The hotel is too old and don't have lift, the telephone and hair dryer is not working in the room

The room is ok... in good condition.. even the receptionists are all very friendly... just the door of the hotel room is a little hard to open🤣 overall everything is ok.. will come back again..

Location is strategic but this hotel neglected the umph factor but stayable. Rest room needs to be upgraded. Overall the hotel is clean. Just 2 star hotel men. Towels are 5 star grade.
