We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! It was my first time staying here because I needed to be in Ortigas Center for 5 days because of a recent promotion. The place exceeded my expectations! We stayed at a 1-BR “mini-suite”. There was electric kettle, refrigerator, complementary bottled water and coffee. Wifi Internet inside the room was good. Upon checking-in, the room was cleaned and smelled good. The beds were extremely comfortable. I could not get myself to stay awake for 5 minutes in bed after my day at work! I really had a good night’s rest every day. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the housekeepers, were very friendly and accommodating. Even the guard was respectful and helpful to us. Parking seems limited however inside the village, but I didn’t bring a car. The location felt very safe and is pretty quiet, even at night time. Seemingly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ortigas in a gated community. I sometimes see security guards during my nightly walks. I really enjoyed my stayed here and would definitely be back again in my next visit to Ortigas Center! It’s really a great value for the money!

it was a very nice stay... hindi lang namin na check ung pool dahil pagod na, at the room we stay we can see out neighbors (okada and kingsford) super lapit din sa SM MOA AT AIRPORT! the place was perfect ! we booked the queen superior with view, maybe next time they can add a haircomb (disposable) nakalimutan ko akin then nag hanap ako wala and also they can also add robe but over all it was a great stay! the breakfast buffet also was fantastic!!!!

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

My latest stay at the Savoy Hotel was much better compared to my last stay late of last year, which was more of a rollercoaster ride of mishaps. With the troubles we had with our room and the attending manager who seemed to have mastered the art of ignoring us while promising help that never materialized and just thinking he can just give his calling card and all will be fixed. Talk about a letdown! But this time? Smooth sailing all the way! From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was in a whole world? 😅 The staff—whether it was the friendly guards, the concierge, or the housekeeping crew—were like rays of sunshine. Polite, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, they made me feel right at home. And the breakfast wasn’t bad at all. Now, there was a bit of a hiccup with the pool being closed for at least two days due to a private event if I’m not mistaken. I mean, who doesn’t love a good swim to unwind? I had originally thought of lounging at the poolside, and splashing around, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be this time. With not many activities on my Manila agenda, I was hoping for a refreshing dip and some quality relaxation at the hotel. A little disappointing but wasn’t really a big of a deal. A quick note for the management: the wall socket in my room could use a little TLC. It felt like it had seen better days, as it was a bit loose when I tried to charge my phone and laptop. A minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but it’s worth a mention! All in all, this stay was a delightful turnaround from our last visit. I’d say it was an overall pleasant experience, and I left with a much better taste in my mouth. Here’s to hoping my next visit continues this upward trend!

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

Our 2nd stay in this hotel! Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Quick room service and food was great! The hotel is well situated, being close to mall and transport. We would definitely stay there again. 👊👏🤩👍👌🏻
