Bed sheet was teared and very old, the room looks not used and not cleaned for many days. The bathroom water sewage was outflows. I experienced one of my terrible experience

Location was perfect. Nag temple, children park and skyview gondola were all within 1-2km walk. Rooms are big and have valley views. Rooms do not have an electric kettle. Rooms are clean but rooms with rugs need better cleaning as rugs tend to absorb moisture and smell. Food is decent, service is good

Good service provider hotel natraj is well known as valley view ,it's amazing tour family with family and we enjoy a lots during this trip.Hope everyone's should try while visiting here in patnitop. we are warm welcomed by coparative staff .

Excellent stay here. Spacious room with seenric view of vally. Neat and clean room and washroom. Hotel is close to main attraction. Food is also good.
