The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Wolking street, you can also quickly walk to the pier, from which ferries and boats leave for Koh Lan. The hotel room is clean, they clean it every day, the linen and towels are clean. The rooms are very spacious, there is a refrigerator, TV, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar. Table and two chairs. Breakfasts are good. They give out beach towels for the pool.

Only the location is OK, everything else is very old, the room card is still an old-fashioned wooden board with a key hanging on it. The air conditioning is not enough, which is very fatal in a tropical country like Thailand. But due to its cheap price and good location (near the red-light district), it is still recommended for budget travelers who don't care so much about facilities.

The location is great as it is close to the Walking Street, the hotel looks beautiful from outside. I was given room 709, the room was extremely hot with the A/C set for 17C. Called the front desk twice, and each time the maintenance guy would say it would cool down. After a few hours, the room still showing at 28C, had to call again, the older gentleman at the front desk showed up, very annoyed, told me it was hot outside and my room was colder than most rooms and every room is the same. I could not sleep the entire night as I was laying in my sweat. The following morning, I had to talk to a female front desk staff to change to another room, which is much cooler. I would not stay there again.

The superior room with a big bed is actually two single beds put together to make a so-called double bed room. What's interesting is that I also booked a superior twin room at the same time. The two rooms are the same size, the same facilities, and are right next to each other, but the price is 140 yuan different. When I asked the hotel why, they said they didn't know! There was a mosquito on the wash cup in the bathroom, and it was not cleaned for three days. I really can't praise the service quality of the hotel! The breakfast was the same for three consecutive days, and there were not many things, so I lost my appetite if I stayed any longer!
