The hotel has nice pools nice staff and a great kids club but that is it. The bedrooms are fine however there was no kettle in the room and you have to pay for a safe. I have been going to Turkey for over 30 years and have never had this before. On the night we arrived the staff told my daughter that they could upgrade her to a family room but it would cost 120 euros however after a discussion we got it for 40 euros. It was a standard room with a wall in the middle of it which divided the beds. So it was not a separate room at all which we were led to believe it was a completely separate room. We then had to pay for WiFi again never heard of this before There was a sweet drink and shake thing in the middle of all the pools and this was not cheap never have I seen this the kids were wanting something from it all the time. We went all inclusive not to spend a fortune when we got there. The lazy river is lovely. Now the food Same thing every day at the breakfast and at the pool bar restaurant first day was nice then had chicken strips and then after that same thing plain spaghetti nuggets and chips. The pizzas were lovely and fresh however I did not want to eat them every day. Nothing changed. The food was cold apart from the pizza. The evening meal was the same every night the only thing that changed was you could fish with a head on or the next day the fish had no head. There was one different meat each night but everything else was the same The food was so bad we ate dessert for the last three nights the cakes were lovely I have to say. So the food was not good at all apart from the first day and the desserts. Drinks were fine I don’t drink alcohol so I can’t comment on that. I did not have any problems with the staff and when I asked them questions they were very polite. The only thing apart from the 2 hour transfer that lets this hotel down is the food and after saving all year for a holiday it was very disappointing. I would say this hotel is a 3 star at the most. Where it got its 5 stars from I will never know. As I said I have been going to Turkey for a long time and this has to be one of the worse hotels I have stayed in. Not worth the money at all. Really good shops around the hotel and the market on Sunday was good. But apart from that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who likes nice hot food. Cause you won’t get it there if you like stew for seven nights then go But that is all you will get. I will not be returning

Summary It's an international hotel with mainly Brits, Russians and Turkish. The vibe is pretty chilled. The hotel has some really nice features but there's also some bits which needs improving. For me it's a nice 3* hotel. I would definitely return for the right price. Vital Statistics. Family of 4. Adults late 30s kids 12 and 9. The Food We were nervous before we came based on reviews but honestly it's great!!! Probably the best I've had. For fussy eaters there's everything. Chips, burgers, nuggets.. the lot. For those wanting fresh salads there's everything and those wanting traditional Turkish they have everything. The garlic bread from the wood fired oven were to die for, all breads for that matter are amazing. There's a few pop up foody bits around site which were ace and ice creams were good. It doesn't affect us but I'd imagine it would be hell if you had allergies though, as labelling is sporadic. The Entertainment Really disappointed if I'm honest. First couple of nights started well with an extreme show and bingo which was good although the bingo was expensive at €15 a ***** and prizes inflated on the sales pitch. Some dancing show 2nd night was ok. Then barely anything until the last night with the African dancing which was good. Disappointed that there was no bar open near the amphitheatre though as it's a good 5 minute walk to the nearest bar from there. It's a bit of a damp squib at night. The bar with a stage inside could have least have a singer or something every night and an entertainer by the pool doing interactive stuff. The karaoke session was awful due to the nature of an international hotel, as most songs were unrecognisable and the Turkish party night was a bit of a non event. In the day the archery equipment was so bad. Water polo however was great. What they need is multilingual entertainment that doesn't need much language to enjoy. Seen it work well at other hotels. For a hotel of this supposed standard the entertainment is pretty terrible. The Bars Again. Very disjointed. Characterless. Staff are friendly enough. The cocktails are generally in slush style mixers and aren't great. Mojito looks like minty mouthwash and tastes a bit like it too! Beer however is Turborg and very nice. Got good measures in standard spirits with mixer. There just doesn't feel like there's "the place to be" in an evening. Some Brits had a massive sound system and at least it added some background music in communal areas and by the pool. The Pool Oh my word. It's the selling point of the hotel for me with the food. Sun loungers weren't an issue at all. We always managed to find somewhere at any time of day albeit it's busy. The slides are medium sized and the lazy river is decent and long! The slides are open a few hours a day. Not sure why the lazy river jets can't stay on though when the slides are off. There's other pools too for polo etc. The pool bar is well located too to no complaints here. The Room It was very good. Neat.

Not a bad hotel. Not the best I've stayed in, but far from the worst. Pros - Rooms are clean and tidy Plenty of decent drinks Good array of food at meals Lazy river good Slides good Snacks good Cons - Staff very unfriendly and rude Beds very uncomfortable Food gets a bit boring as not rotated much Drinks too small Rules not enforced in likes of dining room Children allowed to run riot Very poor paid for WIFI So let me elaborate. First thing to mention is the staff. There are tip boxes everywhere with staff looking for tips. However, why would you tip them. Few of them speak to you, they all look miserable, and they are mostly very unfriendly like everything is hard work, especially handing out ice cream for an hour when the ice cream stand is open. They were probably the worse staff I've seen anywhere. Other than a bar tender called Dondir who was friendly and smiley, and the activities co-ordinator Alina, most of the staff I dealt with where very poor. Couple of bar staff were ok depending on what mood they were in. Tips are shared within the bar area so you can't just tip the good staff. We had a twin room with a sea adjacent view. Couldn't see the sea but not that we were bothered. Only issues was very noisy in the room out onto the pool as that is where entertainment takes place at times and no consideration from other guests sat out late at night by the bars. Fine most of thee time unless you needed an early night to get up for an activity. The room closest to the corridor also had to put up with inconsiderate guests in the hallway being noisy late at night. Be careful if booking trips through the reps in the hotel. Ours wasn't too bad and competitively priced. But we were mis sold one activity when we were told we would do things we didn't do. Talking to others though, I did here some were told wrong information on some tours such as soft drinks being included when they were not. Aside from the one trip we didn't really enjoy, everything else was great and no issues with pick up from the hotel which was very easy when booked through the rep. He told us everything we needed for each trip, what was included, and where to be and when. Only thing, as I say, was we booked one trip as we were told we would swim in and explore caves. This wasn't the case so we just had a rather boring boat trip. The flumes are not always open so be aware of this. Generally 2 hours in the morning and two in the afternoon. Also the lazy river is not always on, but its still nice to float around it or have a drink in the little side areas. I suggest you seek out Alina. She is a pretty and friendly young lady on the activities team. She does morning stretching, aqua aerobics, and Zumba. If this sort of thing appeals, she is very good and helped me stretch and keep pain away (very good after a night in the beds here). Not sure how she gets tips as there isn't a tip box for her and I didn't get the chance to ask, but she is sociable in the evening so if you get

Not long been home after staying here for a week with mg 2 daughters. Myself and the kids had the best time ever, the pool and lazy river was amazing esp for kids. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was good especially on Turkish themed night. The snack bat round the pool was amazing for kids and adults too. Would highly recommend me and the girls had the best time ever and made friends for life. Sad to be home
