Guest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was fairly clean, although there were a few minor marks on the walls. The bathroom was well-equipped with an automatic toilet and a Japanese-style bidet, which was a nice touch. (Love this!!)
One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide regular towels; only disposable towels are available. Breakfast was decent and tasted good enough to start the day.
The best thing of this hotel is its excellent location. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Yong Liang TehFor the price, the hotel is really value for money. The service is excellent and the hotel staff will promptly attend to your request. The lady boss even took the trouble to notify us when she noticed that our car lights were left on when parked. The bath is also good with rain shower and strong water pressure. There is also free laundry service and the staff provided extra hangers for drying the washed clothes. The bed heater is warm enough for a good night's sleep in cold weather. Breakfast provided is decent and hot. You can also buy oxygen at a super cheap price from the front desk. Besides the room decor being a bit dated and some maintenance are needed, this hotel provides everything you need at a really affordable price.

Guest UserThe location of the HomeStay is excellent. It is located at the end of the street of a quieter corner away from the busy street.
Just a short walk you will have access to many eateries and shops.
The interior decoration is uniquely furnished with ******* style design transporting us into a real local ******* family home without the need to be physically in Tibet.
The Owner of the HomeStay is very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to ******* culture and explained the significance of Animals painting on the wall and how it translates into daily life. Animals consisted of Elephant, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird.
He also made us their fragrance é
Ľć˛ščś suyou cha which is good to counter Altitude sickness éŤĺă
Cat is also a sacred animal in ******* culture.
The price of the HomeStay is very reasonable with the excellent location and service. It has free laundry service, however you need to hang them dry in an outdoor clothes line. It will dry quickly as the weather is very dry/sunny.
I would highly recommend this HomeStay to everyone who likes to go to Daocheng Yading.
Lastly, I would like to thank the Owner and his Sister for making our stay an enjoyable one.
Best wishes to Owner and his Sister with excellent business ahead.

Guest UserLocation is great, in the center of Riwa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Only 10minutes to the entrance of Yading.
Staff are helpful. They can speak a bit of English. Foreigners are accepted.
The room is ok but there is always smoking smell in the room (maybe from the room nextdoor)

A pretty and fun hostel! Among amazing ******* garments, the dorm is small but very clean with windows light. No heating but a termic pad, keeps nights warm. Bed Plagues but no small light. At disposal drinking hot water, tea and coffee. Showers with running hot water. The host is a gentle woman that speaks a little english, ready to help.l with information. She owns a couple of nice dogs and cats that I adored. The hostel is located 5 minutes walk from bus station.

The hotel location is about 80m away from the main tarred street. This approximate 80m is of dirt but compacted road. Walking along this stretch there is unpleasant smell of urine. After crossing this unpleasant stretch, there are lots of restaurants and convenient stores. The hotel is near to Doacheng's scenic area entrance.
This hotel itself is clean, good roomsize, comfortable beds, though the furniture is a bit dated. Hotel has no restaurant and do not provide breakfast. I do think this is a value for money hotel as the branded hotels in Yading are very expensive.

NYimpression
This hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, in town Daocheng. Not far from the dance square. You can walk 25-30 minutes from bus station during daytime (at night recommend Taxi). The hotel is only one block near the river and you can walk to the White Tower.
The hotel has a friendly staff, her name Tan Hongli (please use translator app to communicate in Chinese). She can assist you and always care for all client inhouse.
The room is large with tea reception area at window. Warm and comfort bed, hot shower is immediate when need.
I would recommend friends to this hotel, and repeat.

This is probably the best hotel in Shangri-La. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and they offer a post-hike foot massage. The front desk agent, Xiaolin, was very friendly and attentive, even helping me order oxygen tanks. I absolutely had to order the medical-grade 58-yuan tank; other 20-30 yuan tanks wouldn't work. The 58-yuan tank is high-pressure pure oxygen, and a few deep puffs are incredibly effective when I have a headache. I used four tanks and it worked flawlessly. Milk Lake is 5,500 meters above sea level, a nearly 20-kilometer round trip. With only 120 tickets available per day, I only managed to avoid the 8-kilometer round trip. Unless you arrive at the scenic area by 7 a.m., you'll never get a ticket. A must-have for hiking!

CHANON
We just need to stay overnight to take the morning flight in Daocheng. We arrived around 8pm, so didn't get to see much of the town.
Good points:
+ The hotel has elevator, which is helpful, even though a little old.
+ There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, so we could buy food for our next day breakfast as the rooms didn't come with breakfast.
+ The staff is very helpful in booking us a taxi the next morning to go to the airport.
+ The room we got has no cigarette smell
Improvement point:
- The hot shower was working, but the water pressure was low, so it's very hard to shower without getting cold.
