Going to Xinglong Mountain and Honghe rafting around the convenient and cost-effective hotel, the boss family is very enthusiastic, coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival, sent moon cakes, fruits, chestnuts, when checking in, the boss told the surrounding tourism which is worth a visit, which scenic spots are closed, and it is very wrong to go less. The small courtyard and the room are very clean, and you can watch movies, barbecue, and KTV in the courtyard at night. The dishes for dinner are rich and the price is reasonable. Catch up with the unified style decoration of the town paving and street shops, looking forward to coming again next time.

The lady at the front desk had absolutely no customer service awareness, as evidenced by the following points (all 'she's in the descriptions below refer to her): 1. She assisted with our check-in downstairs, even providing the room number and key card. Two hours later, while we were relaxing in our room, she didn't knock but simply swiped the card and let someone in. Upon seeing us, she showed no apologies or embarrassment, just said, 'Oh, 301 is occupied? I thought you were in 402,' then left, chuckling. She showed no remorse for invading our privacy. After I reported this to the male owner, they must have discussed it. The next day, when checking out, the front desk lady said, 'Are you mad? Because I entered your room by mistake? I thought you were in 402.' Regardless of which room you thought we were in, first, you handled the check-in, so you should know which rooms are occupied. Second, even if you didn't know and accidentally entered someone's room, shouldn't you apologize and offer compensation? How would you feel if someone just swiped their card and walked into your room? She even asked for a good review during check-out. I don't know how she had the nerve... 2. My friend booked a double room, but when they checked in, she gave them a triple room, saying the double room was unavailable. Later, she asked for a good review, saying, 'I upgraded you to a triple room, just give us a good review.' Isn't this due to your own coordination issues? We booked a week in advance. If the original room type isn't available, shouldn't you arrange another suitable room for us? 3. The guesthouse's hot water supply was only enough for one person to take half a shower. The second person had to wait for the water to heat up. If another person showered immediately after, the water temperature was only 22-26 degrees Celsius. My friend in another room only had cold water. When asked, she said they had to wait for the water to heat up. So, even with an advance booking, you can't guarantee hot water? The guesthouse is next to a rafting site; people naturally want to shower as soon as they return. Do we have to wait for your water to heat up while soaking wet? 4. During check-in, she asked us to add her on WeChat for communication, including pre-ordering meals. After messaging her an hour in advance, I received no reply. When I called an hour later, she was just asking the kitchen if they could prepare food. Then she told us we'd have to wait ten minutes, as they were just starting to cook. What was the point of telling us to inform her in advance then? 5. After dinner, I asked her for a few bottles of drinking water. She asked for the room number. I asked if it was for billing purposes, and she said no. So, what was the purpose of asking for the room number? Also, her attitude was terrible when we paid for dinner. 6. We booked a mahjong room. After getting water, we asked her if she could help adjust the mahjong machine. She haughtily said, 'I don't know how,' and just walked away. The mahjong machine is your facility. If you don't know how, you should at least find someone who does, not tell guests you don't know. 7. As expected, the mahjong machine's setting was wrong. I called her to ask if someone could come up and check it. She countered by asking what was wrong with the machine. Since you already said you don't know how to adjust it, explaining it to you would be pointless and a waste of time, wouldn't it? I then told her that since she didn't know, there was no need to ask so many questions, just find someone who did. She then had the male owner come to adjust it (I must commend the male owner here; he had a great attitude, provided emotional support, and actively contacted his family and the mahjong machine shop owner for solutions). Honestly, the male owner said the previous guests had set the wrong mode, but shouldn't the staff check the mahjong machine's condition after they check out? The four of us wasted over an hour trying to adjust the mahjong machine's mode together. We got back to our room around 6 PM and didn't start playing until past 8 PM. During this time, we asked the male owner if the mahjong machines in other rooms could be used. He replied that if other people were playing, we wouldn't be able to. So what's the point of booking a mahjong room then? You don't perform necessary adjustments beforehand, wasting our time, and potentially making us unable to play mahjong even after booking a mahjong room? 8. When I went to the front desk in the morning to retrieve something (another lady, not the one in the floral dress), I gave the room number as 8301 (which was written on the key card). This lady spent two minutes confirming the room number. Later, when going upstairs, I overheard her saying, '301, they said 8301, I don't know.' Seriously? Your own key card says 8301. You don't know which room 8301 is? In short, it was a truly outrageous stay. Due to their own operational errors, they casually opened and entered guests' rooms; displayed poor attitudes; and didn't actively resolve issues or pre-test essential facilities.

Not drag, not drag, not drag! ! In order to express my satisfaction, the comment copy does not need AI to write! ! ! Going to the B&B set in Xinglong Mountain, I thought that the environment of the scenic spot would be average! Unexpectedly, I am particularly satisfied! The off-season is only more than 200. The hygiene is very clean and the food is very good! (Don't be fooled by the guests in the scenic spot, the food near the scenic spot is unpalatable)! ! His food price is also very reasonable! Pets are very friendly! There are kittens in the yard, and the small courtyard is very comfortable! The boss and the proprietress are also very enthusiastic! ! ! ! ! ! Eleven points recommended! The glass is clean! ! ! Looking out the window, the whole person is in a good mood!

The farmhouse was lovely, a 5-minute walk from Xinglong Mountain Scenic Area. The courtyard was clean, spacious, and bright. A small slope opposite the courtyard led uphill, where orchards and cornfields lined both sides, creating a tranquil environment. I enjoyed a morning stroll with my dog along the paths through the fields. The courtyard had no walls, but was surrounded by its own homegrown vegetables: scallions, chili peppers, lettuce, bok choy, and other greens. The owner's cooking was superb, far exceeding our expectations for farmhouse meals. All the ingredients were homegrown, purely organic, resulting in a unique and flavorful taste. The stir-fried pork with chili peppers was fragrant, the tofu and vermicelli casserole was delicious, the stewed chicken was tender, and the pork belly stew with green beans was flavorful. Every dish was delicious, satisfying, and generously portioned. We even made a special trip back to have lunch there on our second trip to Xinglong Mountain. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the place was quiet at night. Overall, it's a friendly, down-to-earth, and affordable farmhouse, highly recommended, and deserves a five-star rating.
