TTamar@I had a wonderful night's stay at Mama Shelter Nice! The room was comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. The service and ambiance were top-notch, complemented by a super fun restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the rooftop pool due to the weather, but I heard it's fantastic!
For those arriving by train, the nearest station, Nice Riquier, is a bit shady and not the the safest. However, this shouldn't be a concern for guests arriving by taxi or other means. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to staying at more of their hotels around the world!

AAnonymous UserThe front desk service is very good, especially the young man is very patient. There is also a snack at the front desk. The chocolate taste is praiseworthy, but the room is old. The carpet does have a little taste. The facilities are simple, but the bathroom is very new. The space is large and the heated towel rack is very convenient for drying bath towels. The location of the store is also good. The quiet street is more convenient to the old city seaside commercial street and not too noisy.

SSoulfulExplorerShort but pleasant stay. Rooms were comfortable and maintained a good cleaning standard. Good A/C and slippers were provided which is highly important and respectful. Location is only a short walk to Nice Ville station and all central activities of the city. Enjoyable stay

AAnonymous UserIt is also a huge hotel, and the overall hygiene is not particularly good. The towels felt a bit dirty. But the service attitude is good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets below the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall next to it. The free parking does not exist. Parking on the roadside is 25 euros a day, and parking in the mall is 24 euros a day. The transportation is really convenient, but the room is really average.

There is a small supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. It is a 15-minute walk from the small train, which can take you to the main attractions in the city center.
