Great
EElephant named BCan’t say enough about how attentive the staff is in this hotel and that truly makes the experience luxurious. We actually switched from a previously booked hotel to this as we randomly picked the hotel for brunch on our first transfer from Milan to Florence. The service was fantastic at the restaurant so we made the reservation for our night in Milan two days after.
It did not disappoint. The front desk was helpful and friendly at check in, trying to find ways to offer me with a better experience but we had to check out early the next day; housekeeper at evening service was courteous and asked me if four free bottle of water would be enough for the night. But the most impressive person was Zheng at the morning buffet. She must have seen our look that we were in a hurry and were in travel mode and she offered 1) a discounted price coz we didn’t take much food for the buffet; and 2) takeaway boxes for our breakfast to go for the train ride. She also offered extra water and banana!
Overall a really good stay and I wish i could stay longer

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

RRip RipBased on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels:
Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !
Mmr1010”A Historic Hotel in Milan — A Five-Star 'Home'”
During my stay in Milan, I chose a hotel with over 50 years of history. It had no luxurious décor, no smart technology — not even electronic key cards, just traditional brass keys.
Yet, the service here reminded me that true hospitality is about people, not facilities. From the attentive reception and concierge team, to the genuine smiles of the housekeeping staff, and even how they remembered the little habits of each guest — every detail conveyed warmth and respect.
This stay truly helped me understand the essence of service: real comfort comes from heartfelt care, not from cold technology or lavish hardware. While the facilities may not be five-star, I’d gladly give it a five-star rating for feeling like ”home”.
Thank you to the team for your daily greetings — they brought warmth to me while I was unwell. 💜

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.
LLiguolanNot sure if it was because we arrived late on the first day, but the room we were given wasn't great. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet seat cover had fallen off. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, they promptly moved us to another room.

GGuest UserThis hotel was perfect location for city travel like metro central station ect which was excellent for me and my son for travel to and from linate airport 21 mins away on the bus metro line was easy to get to duomo and the train station was 4 mins walk. The hotel room was clean but very basic no kettle or tea and coffee had to buy at the reception every night I feel should have been included in the price for what I paid :( the reviews said staff was friendly only one member of staff was friendly the others couldn’t be bothered especially when I wanted my tea at night they huffed and puffed. Considering you’re paying for it aswell and the cafeteria is actually very small and always empty so shouldn’t have been a hassle for them but I feel like it was. The cleaner was absolutely lovely cleaned my room on the second day and offered to clean again the next day. Overall the location was perfect but the hotel was very basic quiet and felt quite lonely there no vibe just very sad and basic. I should have booked hotel surrounding areas but my reason for coming here was that a lot of people said they where friendly but I didn’t feel that the place was dead tbh apart from one member of staff he keeps that place going with his happy personality but he isn’t there all the time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely basic and outdated. We were honestly not expecting much and we are quite happy with just a clean room. The air conditioner was very old, and the vents were stuck making a light tapping noise every minute. The mini fridge was making extra terrestrial moans and groans, so we unplugged it before going to sleep. The wooden blinds were stuck and ziptied so we had to force them shut before bed. The walls / water pipes are not insulted and you hear every room next to you flushing or having a shower, day and night. The breakfast included basic pastries, toast, cereal, yoghurt which was about what we expected. However, they may have the worst self serve automatic coffee machine we have dealt with in years. Taste was bad, speed was incredibly slow (so there was line ups for coffee). Would I stay there again? Probably. In a pinch, for the right price, and just one night again
GGuest UserThe service was excellent! There was a Chinese lady at the front desk, so communication was seamless. My phone ran out of battery and she even helped me charge it, which I really appreciated.
AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.
