Amazing
EElephant named BCan’t say enough about how attentive the staff is in this hotel and that truly makes the experience luxurious. We actually switched from a previously booked hotel to this as we randomly picked the hotel for brunch on our first transfer from Milan to Florence. The service was fantastic at the restaurant so we made the reservation for our night in Milan two days after. It did not disappoint. The front desk was helpful and friendly at check in, trying to find ways to offer me with a better experience but we had to check out early the next day; housekeeper at evening service was courteous and asked me if four free bottle of water would be enough for the night. But the most impressive person was Zheng at the morning buffet. She must have seen our look that we were in a hurry and were in travel mode and she offered 1) a discounted price coz we didn’t take much food for the buffet; and 2) takeaway boxes for our breakfast to go for the train ride. She also offered extra water and banana! Overall a really good stay and I wish i could stay longer

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

RRip RipBased on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Mmr1010”A Historic Hotel in Milan — A Five-Star 'Home'” During my stay in Milan, I chose a hotel with over 50 years of history. It had no luxurious décor, no smart technology — not even electronic key cards, just traditional brass keys. Yet, the service here reminded me that true hospitality is about people, not facilities. From the attentive reception and concierge team, to the genuine smiles of the housekeeping staff, and even how they remembered the little habits of each guest — every detail conveyed warmth and respect. This stay truly helped me understand the essence of service: real comfort comes from heartfelt care, not from cold technology or lavish hardware. While the facilities may not be five-star, I’d gladly give it a five-star rating for feeling like ”home”. Thank you to the team for your daily greetings — they brought warmth to me while I was unwell.

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

KKkkkkk_My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station. To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk. Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly. My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view. On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for €15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely basic and outdated. We were honestly not expecting much and we are quite happy with just a clean room. The air conditioner was very old, and the vents were stuck making a light tapping noise every minute. The mini fridge was making extra terrestrial moans and groans, so we unplugged it before going to sleep. The wooden blinds were stuck and ziptied so we had to force them shut before bed. The walls / water pipes are not insulted and you hear every room next to you flushing or having a shower, day and night. The breakfast included basic pastries, toast, cereal, yoghurt which was about what we expected. However, they may have the worst self serve automatic coffee machine we have dealt with in years. Taste was bad, speed was incredibly slow (so there was line ups for coffee).  Would I stay there again? Probably. In a pinch, for the right price, and just one night again

LLiguolanNot sure if it was because we arrived late on the first day, but the room we were given wasn't great. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet seat cover had fallen off. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, they promptly moved us to another room.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a great location; it's convenient for getting anywhere. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the central train station, making airport access quite smooth. The basic facilities are decent, with everything you need, although the rooms aren't very spacious and the amenities are a bit dated. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money, especially considering the price. There's a nice Turkish restaurant right outside the entrance.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well
