very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

Château Monfort is an absolutely amazing hotel in Milan. The staff are consistently nice, professional, and attentive, making you feel truly welcomed. The location is excellent — just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk from Piazza San Babila, the fashion district, and the Duomo, with great connections to the rest of the city center. The building itself is a beautiful early 20th-century Art Nouveau gem, full of vintage charm and fairy-tale character that blends perfectly with modern luxury. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and attentive staff!!! 10/10 Greeted upon arrival, speedy check in process and was escorted directly to my suite and briefly given a tour of all features in the room. Very modern and clean, a superior luxury hotel with all high quality amenities. Breakfast in the first floor lounge/bar area with ceiling to floor panoramic glass view of the century old garden. The entire hotel is the perfect combination of modern and antique interior with rich woodwork and a grand entrance marble staircase and pillars throughout the foyer. Great central location walking distance to the duomo cathedral and main shopping area.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Milan city center and the Duomo, just a 10-minute walk away. Yet, the area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, with good security. The breakfast buffet selection is extremely limited, but the à la carte menu, while not extensive, offers delicious options. Eating breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a view of the Milan Duomo is absolutely fantastic. The front desk service was attentive; they recommended the hotel's newly opened trendy restaurant, where we finally got to see Salt Bae in person! The steak was expensive, but truly delicious. A memorable experience.

I had an exceptional stay at the Armani Hotel Milan. Everything about the experience was flawless — from the elegant design and immaculate cleanliness to the outstanding service. The staff were truly amazing — professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every detail reflected the brand’s signature style and luxury. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit to Milan.

Not luxury. You must pay for omelet's and all eggs dishes. Nobody help with luggage in/from taxi. There's a drunk bar right outside the window. They yell until the morning. The maid came to clean right after breakfast and said she'd leave in half an hour, and she only understands Italian. The room door wouldn't open with a keycard, so I had to go to reception several times before they helped; I was too lazy to help them right away. The room only has a shower, and it doesn't have a shelf for shampoo. As a result, the hotel is three times overpriced, and two stars are too many.

The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. Breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel has such a vibe. The bar was also so nice to sit at after a busy day exploring the city. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

Mandarin Oriental is also designed by Italian designer Antonio Citterio, who is the main creative designer of BB furniture and also the most important Italian luxury hotel designer. I am really happy to be able to stay here.

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
