We enjoyed everything except for the customer service from beginning to end including the wait staff. They were not friendly at all.

I’ve be staying at the property for decades because the location is great. The fairly recent remodel was desperately needed and look good. The room AC stinks and sitting areas throughout the property is warm. Bed Pillows were great. Staff was nice too.

We have stayed here for years every MLB Spring Training. The service is always great, the rooms and pool are good.

Hotel was noisy and dirty. There was a generator next to my room that would be on all night and it made it hard to sleep. Everything felt cheap and the hotel nickel and dime for everything including parking, water, and WiFi.

Dangerous & Deceived! Hiltons Fraudulent Practices is the Normal of the Industry and as Consumers we must demand change or find alternatives accommodations. An "Under Construction" in Red should be clearly visible on all traveling reservation sites, with a major reduction in price of rooms and no parking fees, otherwise they are clearly trying to deceive us into staying without choices if room already paid and financially unable to pay for a last minute room else where. The Staff was Incredible and commend them for having to deal with such a difficult situation of the mess and dangerous remodeling to the guests and staff. After three stays at this location in two years, I will never return again.
