This was such a nice hotel. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious (jr. suite) and very clean!! The pool was awesome as well! The bar in the lobby was beautiful and the putting green added a bit of fun! I would highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay here, I usually don’t write reviews but this was over the top great. The customer service was too notch. Risha was our first interaction and she was so helpful and accommodating. She helped us set up decorations for our brother who just graduated college by the pool so that it was there to surprise him when we got there. Then the chef brought out some treats for us The housekeeper was THE SWEETEST. She saw our baby and immediately oohed and ahhed. She was so adorable and kind we just loved her. Every employee was so nice. The rooms were great, pool was nice, bar and breakfast was delicious and convenient

The hotel is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the sleep quality. We had a lovely suite that was very comfortable. But, the suite faced Camelback Rd. and the traffic noise was terrible. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it cycled on and cycled off. It reminded me of an old motel with a cheap air conditioning unit. Also, the shower had mold and it was clear that the soap dish had not been cleaned before we arrived. YUCK! We looked at the breakfast menu and set up and decided to go down the road to Big Matt's for breakfast instead. Next time that we stay in the Biltmore area we will stay at a different hotel.

I visited the AC Biltmore recently on a business trip. Originally, my work scheduled called for me to stay for 6 nights. Approximately halfway through my stay, my work schedule changed and I asked about departing after 5 nights rather than 6. I was told by a front desk associate named Rosa that I would have to pay a $380 early departure fee for simply trying to change my stay from 6 nights to 5 nights. I travel very frequently for work and as of this stay at the AC Biltmore, I had 63 nights spent at Marriott properties so far in 2024. I was told by Rosa that my Marriott status had nothing to do with avoiding the early departure fee. I am just dumbfounded that this property would treat loyal Marriott customers the same as a person staying with Marriott for the first time. Apparently, LOYALTY is a one-way street with them. If you have a choice, please take your business to a nearby Hilton or Hyatt property.

This is s very comfortable, centrally located hotel in the Biltmore area. My room had a gorgeous view of Camelback Mountain that made it extra special. While the restaurant's food and seating options were minimal, the food was very good and the service outstanding. A very friendly hostess/server by the name of Crystal made our stay so enjoyable. She was truly friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to be around. I would stay here again!

Multiple attempts to reach the GM have been ignored. Checked into room 311 on 4/9/22. Room was filthy and surface cleaned. Hotel has not been kept up. Checked for bugs and cleanliness and found a giant bedbug behind the headboard. I left the facility and because most places were at capacity I had to pay 4 times the amount for what was supposed to be a low cost trip and I ended up late a wedding rehearsal and dinner. Do not stay in this dump!!!!!!
