Floor needed a good mopping but other than that it was a nice stay! Otherwise friendly, clean perfect for my little family. Requested a pack n play and it was in the room waiting for us when we checked in!

We travel to Phoenix frequently and will not stay here again. We got there early and the room was ready but of course for a price we could check in early. We came back at 3:00 and no one was at the desk. We called etc, and no one answered. It took about 10 min before anyone was there. The room smelled so bad of cleaning solution my eyes watered. We were suppose to stay two nights but had a family emergency and had to return home. When I asked if we got a refund for that night (which we did not expect) the gentleman at the desk smirked and laughed as he said no. We will be staying elsewhere from now on.

Shower curtain was not long enough to reach tub top. When using shower water goes all over floor. Rooms were poorly decorated. Front desk person not very friendly at check in.
