I stayed there for two weeks to visit my family member whose company accommodation is nearby, thereby it was a natural choice. The area has a shopping mall nearby with Walmart etc, hence very convenient but otherwise the area has nothing to explore. Most things live up to standard and make the stay value for money, except that the stove is weak and non-usable for cooking except boiling water.

Rooms are absolutely filthy. I had to go to the store and grab cleaning supplies to clean the floors in the bathroom.
Too bad the place is fairly new and just needs a better cleaning staff.

Pro - In a nice neighborhood. A vacant lot next door to walk the dogs.
Con - No housekeeping. Need bedsheet's changed? The guest has to ***** their own bedding and take it to the front office for a new set. Need fresh towels? Take towels to the front office to get clean ones. I also spilt some water on the floor. Got a towel to clean it up and the towel was very dirty. Not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty.

Beware of the crap shoveled in your lap when you arrive!
