The hotel is generally not bad. The location is very convenient, the staff is polite, the pools are clean and deep. The rooms have large balconies. It's quiet, the birds are singing and the view is good. What I didn't like was that the room was very small, the air conditioner blew into the bed and nothing could be done about it. The bed linen is very old and stained, the towels are also very,,sad,,. After you take a shower, the entire bathroom is in water, since there is no side. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, causing noise and dust.

Hotel was great and located in the heart of patong. Walking distance to everything. Staff are always friendly and ready to help with a smile. We had a superior room located on the 7th so that was great but i assume that all the rooms are well kept. Btw the restaurant are really expensive for those who wishes not to spend alot. We eat at some of the streets markets located 15/ 20 minutes walking from here and believe me it was worth it. I could get a descent cocktail between 100 to 120 baht which for that price you would pay fora water in the city center. Its worth the walk. Overall i had a great ecpereince and will recommend this hotel
