Every corner was clean, and the hospitality was solid, so I was able to stay with peace of mind!!
I can't think of anywhere else to stay when I come to Phuket.
Speaking of Sea, it would be even more perfect if they added more breakfast items that Japanese people could eat.
The staff were all friendly, and Rosy in particular was a very nice person!!
I lost something, but she helped me, and that was a great memory. I will definitely come back when I come to Phuket.

The hotel is located on a hill in Patong District, within walking distance to the downtown area. The environment is quiet and feels like a vacation.

There are no restaurants around. You have to walk to the shopping mall/banzan, which takes about 10 minutes on foot and takes a tuktuk for about 200 baht.
In addition, we were feeling unwell due to gastroenteritis on the check-out day and requested a late check-out, but the hotel refused the request because the rooms were full.

Poor service. Totally unacceptable. The bartender Thymen and Jules, keep on swearing in front of the guest, doing sex gestures on female guests.
After I complaint to the front desk, there is no follow up. I dun think they care at all.
