Flight: I am pleased to say that the flight was excellent. The service was prompt, the staff were courteous, and the overall experience was smooth. Thank you for providing such a pleasant journey.
Hotel: Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not as positive. While I understand that some issues were due to unforeseen weather conditions, there were several significant concerns:
Flooding: During our stay, it rained heavily, leading to flooding in the hotel. This made our stay uncomfortable and inconvenient.
Room Amenities: Our room did not have a water heater, which was quite inconvenient, especially with children.
Accessibility: The lack of a lift was challenging for our family, requiring us to navigate stairs multiple times a day with kids and luggage.
Despite these issues, I want to commend the front desk staff, particularly the lady at the reception, who was very attentive and tried her best to make us comfortable under the circumstances.
Overall, while the flight met my expectations, the hotel experience fell short due to the conditions we faced. I hope that feedback like this can help improve future stays for other guests.

Good hotel, varied breakfast, not much fruit, but bearable. The staff is very responsive, quickly fulfill any requests. Nice maids leave wishes for the day. Of the minuses, only the smell of slops by the pool, otherwise everything is wonderful. A separate wow for a full kitchen in the room with a stove and utensils

When checking in, you are asked to sign a paper listing the problems that arose after the flood: some services do not work, Wi-Fi is unstable, etc. During our stay, Wi-Fi worked for 5-10 minutes a day at most.
The pool area in the room on the balcony was not cleaned for 8 days and the pool itself was not cleaned either.
The soundproofing in the room is very poor, you can hear the neighbors flushing the toilet from above. There is a construction site next to the hotel, which can also be heard, and frogs in addition.
The room was cleaned once every two days.
The room is very dark, there is simply not enough lighting.
Nothing special about the food.

Positives:
• Helpful staff
• Very clean hotel
• Big rooms (apartment style room made for a much more enjoyable and comfortable trip)
• Good AC in room
• Good shower (pressure & temperature)
• Great pool
• Functional gym
Negatives:
• Views from the room not great (building site and trash)
• 3000 baht deposit required on check-in (annoying to have that amount of Thai cash moments before going to the airport on departure)
• Wifi - The wifi speed is fantastic. However, a huge problem that caused me endless grief was that the wifi disconnects every time you stop using a device or after about 2 hours of constant usage. As someone who was working from the hotel (online meetings etc), this was a big problem. Especially when on 3 occasions over the week I was there, the wifi code “expired”, meaning I had to call reception to get the new one. During an online business meeting, this was not ideal. Seems completely unnecessary to have this system in place considering the hassle it puts on guests, albeit some more than others. Just have a normal wifi connection?
Overall, as a frequent traveler to Phuket - this was probably my favourite hotel that I’ve stayed in for around the $50 per night range.
