Unexpectedly, this is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip to Thailand, far exceeding expectations. Thanks to this hotel and all the staff for helping me have an extremely wonderful, unforgettable and comfortable experience😃 ⭐Environment: Located on the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet, combined with mountain views and endless sea views, waking up to the birds every day and looking at the stars at night is really a healing experience. ⭐Service: From the time I arrived at the hotel with carsickness and dazed to waiting for the car at the front desk, they have always provided excellent service. The welcome drink provides very fragrant ice towels and sweet and sour tea. I said I want to take one to the beach and the front desk took the initiative to change a new one. I can add WeChat and communicate in English. Any request can be made by WeChat or phone. Checkin and out will also actively take luggage. The only episode is that there is no razor in the room. I called to ask and was told that there is one and you can look for it again, but I still can't find it after searching for many times. ⭐Transportation: Because it is located on the mountain, there is really nothing except the hotel itself, but there is a shuttle bus to and from Kamala Beach every two hours, which is just right. The rooms in the hotel are all on the slope, and it is difficult to walk by yourself. Basically, you have to call a car for pick-up, which takes a few minutes. ⭐Facilities: Overall, I am very satisfied. Some small details: Because it is on the mountain, there are inevitably small insects. Birds will steal food by the pool. The air conditioning or ventilation is very loud and it affects sleep. The lock of the living room is difficult to close. There is only a layer of gauze curtains at the entrance, which is a bit worrying about privacy, but fortunately nothing happened. ⭐Food: In addition to breakfast, I also had dinner. It was not very expensive, but the scenery was very good, the sunset was superb, and it was also delicious. There were not many people so it was very comfortable. In general, I would be willing to come to Phuket again for this hotel. It’s a pity that I deleted the WeChat as soon as I left and didn’t express my gratitude and love directly.
