ตอนแรกไปถึงตกใจกับสภาพอาคารภายนอกมาก แต่พอเข้ามาลอบบี้คนละเรื่องกันเลย การต้อนรับดีบริการดี ห้องนอนสะอาด ใกล้ห้าง อาหารเช้าประทับใจ อร่อยมีให้เบือกเยอะ แล้วที่ประทับใจอีกอย่างหนึ่งคือ สระว่ายน้ำมีแยกสระเด็ก เีมากๆเลยคะ

Room was spacious but was given the old wing.
Asked if I could have the new wing and was told I paid for the old one. Wish they would indicate on the website when I booked as it’s my first time there.

A very convenient hotel just next to Central Phuket mall. Went for business trip. Meeting in Central mall. Breakfast was ok. Overall not bad.

On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, I opened the sheets and found a bed bug! It's so disgusting. There are shoe marks all over the sheets. I'm speechless.
