Reception is a joke. Dismissed us the minute we walked in, stating we have no rooms. Wouldn't give us the time of day. We had an online booking and they wouldn't even look at it. There was another person in the lobby with the same issues. They don't care or honor the online reservations. There is no where written anywhere that walk ins are prioritized over online reservations. This place looked run down and dirty. Don't waste your time/money here.

If you’re on a budget and looking for a 1 or 2 night stay, this is an option. You get what you pay for, so the rooms are quite basic, and there was a problem in the bathroom where water from the ceiling was dripping constantly. There was a strong smell of damp throughout the room, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The guesthouse overall is in need of some maintenance. That being said, location is excellent, literally perfect in Patong. Close enough to the main area with shops and bars but no noise whatsoever on a night time. Ravi the owner is such a nice person and he is very friendly and can assist you with anything you need including buses and tours. Overall, a good short stay in Patong but I wouldn’t recommend spending longer than 2 nights.
