Love this resortl! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too(according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! Just checked out from here today and I already miss it!

We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

The room is clean and of suitable size. Those who like swimming can live near the water. Those who like big rooms can choose elevator rooms. The boss is Chinese and friendly, which makes communication easy. Good good good. Those who like to ride a bike can rent a bike or motorcycle. The garden in the hotel is a quiet corner for those who are tired after going out to sea, soothing the tense nerves and resting the tired body.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. It is close to alot of restaurants and bars. It's only 7 mins to Bangla road and the beach. It has a huge pool with access to a bar. The breakfast was great and the service was good ad well.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. I like the hotel which is not too far from tourist areas, convenient for foods which are walking distance. However, the wifi is not stable, it keep broken off, and need to reconnect. The speed is not up to my expectation.

Traveling with parents. The location of the hotel was convenient with its own parking area and sufficiently available. There is a local market opposite and massage parlor just next to it, and a very small mall. Walkable to the central spot where the night market is. Booked this room type to accommodate the 3 of us. Paid an additional headcount as the charges only covered 2 adults, it was totally understandable. Overall the room and bed was comfortable, spacious and I would say the water pressure was the best, out of the 3 hotels I stayed in Phuket, surprisingly.

We like the place and we’ll be back again! It’s a very clean, simple newly built boutique hotel with all the amenities we needed. We loved that our room (305) has direct pool access (like a lot of the rooms). It was very well placed and very convenient. Food was great with reasonable pricing. However, the restaurant (small but very well enough for us) closes at 5pm (which we only found out later). The staff and workers are very friendly. Maybe it’s a fluke, but it took us about 25 minutes to have our (simple food) order. The bathroom got clogged when taking a shower. But we managed since our schedule was very hectic. Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.
