Хороший отель, близкое расположение к пляжу, ночному рынку и знаменитой улице Бангла Роуд, рядом много обменников, если пройтись можно всегда найти выгодный курс. Так же рядом супермаркеты и обычные лавки с фруктами. Залог можно оставить, как в местной валюте, так и в долларах, евро и рублях (5000 руб.) Персонал на ресепшне не очень общительный, по-русски не говорит, только на английском. Брали номер + завтрак, завтраки однотипные день от дня, но всегда есть яичница и фрукты, за что большой плюс. Есть приятный бассейн, если в самую жару не хочется идти на пляж. Номер на попался простенький, но уютный. Фен, чайник, сейф есть. Уборка была каждый день, с мытьём полов. Только один раз нам не поставили воду. В целом все ок.

The hotel is perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road, so you can have some peace and quiet or go all-out at your leisure. Plenty of food options at your footsteps, and plenty along the way to Bangla.
The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the service quite good as well. But the facilities were n maintenance and the pool, while clean and comfy, had the bar unattended, so there was no option to have a drink or a bite, that shortens the pool time significantly. The Wi-Fi was slow by today's standard, but it worked for email, browsing, and short video watching.
Overall, a great choice to stay!

Both the view and the facilities were fine.
However, the service at the front office was totally terrible!
We booked 2 twin bedrooms for 3nights. However, they told us to stay in a double bed room and check in again tomorrow. The staff first told us that we should do so without explaining or understanding the situation. We didn't want to take the inconvenience, so we talked to the manager next to her. But she said there was no other way because the hotel was full, and if you don't want to change, you can cancel the reservation and go to another hotel. Is this what the MANAGER would say? The service staff laughed at us next to see us talking to the manager
Overall, there was no service training for the staff. They said they would check out the next day and move our luggage to a new room. But it wasn't done at all. Totally we did our self.
When I check in again, another staff gave us two completely different room keys (it seemed like they didn't take a handover about the situation). I don’t want to visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff telling us that to ‘come here and get your keys’ as if they were dealing with their subordinates.
In the breakfast restaurant, all customers' plates are stacked, but there were no working. Overall, education on service is required

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool,
However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met.
Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops ,
Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights .
So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant
Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, with breakfast offering a fantastic variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions. Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of 15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

CLEAN AND HUGE japanese theme hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the location is not near any attraction but there is a 7-11 within 500m away. Worth staying if you like a peaceful and quiet night.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel.
Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark.
Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay.
More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

Excellent
SSimoBibiProbably the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand and anywhere else. Breakfast was 5 stars, pools were nice, the games(pool, table tennis, mini golf, archery) were all free. The restaurant was perfect and reasonable priced, great view too. The room was the romantic room, worth it, good bath, good space to relax, bed nice and veiw, wow. Little things like having a bag to carry your things to the pool and welcome cookies and intro was great. Staff all so polite and awesome except the pool bar workers, ignored me while I was waiting to order a drink, just didn't end up getting one after waiting for 15 mins. The only downside is many steps and changing lifts as it's built on a hill and is not a straight down. Overall if I would go back Phuket, I'll just sit here all day and enjoy it.

I believe that is a great choice for a luxury hotel that is located only some minutes walk from the Main Street and the beach. Definitely highly recommended and I will choose it again if I ever visit Phuket again

This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort.
To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have.
My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week.
For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always.

MMorgan S.Good value for money, the management is very kind and helpful. It has a nice pool and the rooms are clean and functional. The location is good to move on foot both for the beautiful coves with sand and rocks with clear water and excellent for snorkeling, as well as having nearby shops, restaurants and street food.
I recommend it to those looking for a simple place but at the same time comfortable and informal. We were pleased with the choice and if I should reappear the opportunity, we will definitely return to this property.

RRAJEEV KUMAR AGARWAL***** Patong is located strategically along the streets of Patong whereby everything is walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel's staff was very polite and professional throughout the stay. Even the housekeeping staff bumped into at the coridors were very warm with thier greetings.
The ”Deluxe King Room City View” room was really good; spacious, clean washroom, nice facilities and amenities in the room along with a good selection of TV channels and YouTube on the TV as well.
Hotel has a great ”infinity kind” swimming pool on the 2nd floor which is nice.
The breakfast buffet was bare minimum but alright for a hotel standard buffet. (would not recommend if not included in the room)
Laundry at the hotel is $70 bhat rather than $50 bhat from outside. (takes a day for your clothes to be ready)
All in all, a very good stay as its a just a straight walk towards Bangla Street and plenty of food, massage options along the hotel. The street to go towards the beach also is nearby the hotel (across) and parking is easy (if driving).

GGuest UserI am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

AAdishGood hotel with ample amenities and sumptuous breakfast. The hotel has 9 buildings and 3 pools. Location wise it is good as well since the Airport smart bus stops at a walking distance from the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is very good and the overall layout is also very beautiful. The swimming pool is not big, but it is very impressive.
The problem is that the bathroom in the room assigned is a bit old, the bathtub stopper is broken, and the shower room is relatively small.

GGuest UserThis review is about the cafe not the hotel. The cafe had a coffee drink called 'dirty' now this drink has coffee and a ball of ice cream in it. Taste is wonderful. However, the service was atrocious to say the least. When you order this drink, the staff will tell you it takes from 15 to 20 minutes to prepare...sure no problem. but after half and hour no sign of the drink. Ask the staff, they check and does not come to me but signals it will take another 10. Now what kind of service is this. I just crossed my hands and walked away. The staff immediately came and said 10 more minutes, Told her I had to take the tender back to my ship. I really pity the owner of this place, it was empty, with 2 tables occupied only. If they cant get it right or maybe it is their 'Sabai' attitude. It does leave a sour taste in your mouth.

GGuest UserSince we are a Club Mahindra member, so we chose this hotel in Phuket. Went with my wife and my daughter (18 Yrs). The property over all is very good and away from the busy areas. Some of the precise observations listed below. Hope this helps in making the decision Pros: 1. Smooth Check-in 2. Very clean and tidy property 3. Spacious Room (1 Bedroom Suite) 4. Comfortable bed & pillows 5. Couple of Indian restaurants just outside the hotel 6. Good Indian food 7. Very nice pool 8. Helpful staff Cons: 1. No 7/11 around. The nearest is about a km and a half and the taxi will charge 40 bahts too and fro. So, plan your purchases accordingly when you go there. 2. Little inside the main road. Difficult to walk the beach seems very far away due to the heat as there's no private beach. 3. Not much to do in the area where it's located. Patong beach is 20 minutes away which isn't much but commuting will cost some money 4. Electricity sockets are in a bad condition and not at the right places. Please check the sockets of the room before you are allocated the room 5. No kitchnette inside the room Special mention: 1. Harish Bahuguna, the Indian chef cooks a great food. He cooked a very nice fish masala and lentil (Dal) for us. It was precisely as per the instructions 2. Vacilli at the travel desk. Very helpful and cooperative. One has to negotiate but I definitely give full marks to his sales skills Overall, if you like a quite area then go for this. I am rating it very good due to the pros that I have mentioned above.
