The place was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful location on the lake. With the windows open you can hear the lake water lapping on the rocks. Our stay was wonderfully relaxing. The resort is close to hiking trails and many other outdoor recreation opportunities that the area has to offer. We will definitely return to this place!

The cabins are beautiful, updated and clean. It’s relaxing to stay here and enjoy the beautiful scenery - hence my 4 stars. But, you pay a huge price for a resort experience that you don’t get. You beed to arrive with ice, snacks and food - or you’ll be driving back and forth from Pinedale. The restaurant/lodge is open minimally - not even the hours that they have posted. For what I paid, I could have gotten an all inclusive experience somewhere else.

Cozy standard cabin was clean and well equipped with a fireplace, good sized mini-frig, mugs and very pet friendly - It came with doggie info/rules and instructions, sheets to cover the bed and treats for our pup. The lake was steps away and serene with views of the wind river range. There was even a big bull moose hanging around for a couple of days

RENTER BEWARE! We rented a boat and Rob told us there was damage from a previous renter on the rear and some damage to the front. Returned the boat and was not told anything other than we had to pay for gas, then 2 days later, without contact, our credit card was charged $1700 for damages. We called and were told we were responsible for the damage even though we did not hit anything or cause any damage. If you choose to rent from this place do your due diligence and take your own pictures before and after or choose another boat rental place to be safe. Also, while on the phone discussing the charges the lady we were speaking to hung up on us. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. Other reviews note being falsely charged as well.

I would give it 0 stars if I was able. We rented a boat and Rob told us that there was damage from two previous renters. Some damage was on the rear and some damage to the front of the boat. We even got off of the boat and looked at the damage. We returned the boat, docked, lady was nice to us, we asked what else we needed to do, and she said nothing. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and the staff and boat were GREAT!!! Friendly, informative and helpful staff. The boat was in good condition and very clean. The location on Lake Freemont is perfect and the lake is gorgeous. Fantastic day. We will do it again. Thank you for a great time.

My husband and I went with our 2 year old. We all had so much fun! Our 2 year old loved getting to play in the lake everyday. We rented a boat one day and we were the only ones on the lake. It was great! We loved the kayaks available for guest use as well. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Our room even had a stackable washer and dryer. It is so quiet and peaceful here. A short drive to town and there are plenty of good restaurants and cute shops. All the staff at the resort were so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again in the future.

My husband and I stayed in the cabin suite this January. It was a really snowy week when we stayed and the view of the lake and the aspens in the snow right outside our window was incredible. Even though our ski trip didn't turn out as planned, our stay at the Lakeside Lodge ensured that the long drive wasn't for nothing. It is a 15 minute drive to the White Pine ski resort which is super convenient, and a short drive to the grocery store and town too! Quin in the front office was also incredibly helpful and was available to answer our questions at any time. Overall our cabin suite gave us a genuine Pinedale experience and we would love to return.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. The cabins were clean and the bed were comfortable. We loved being right by the lake and the views of the mountains were amazing. Morning coffee on the porch was the best. Quinn was excellent to work with and made our event everything my daughter dreamed it would be. It is a short drive to Pinedale and a lot of places to explore. A must stay and would definitely stay there again.
