supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

I’ve just returned from a five night solo trip at this hotel. The hotel was lovely, so modern but with really lovely touches. I arrived fairly late after a flight delay, there was an issue with my payment but Pablo was patient and understanding and I really appreciated that after a long day! All the staff I dealt with were polite and kind. Bus links to Palma and airport are very close by and reasonably priced. The beach is also very close along with many shops and restaurants. The pool area was great, plenty of sun beds and shades for everyone and a really chilled out vibe. The brunch offer was perfect, I was able to have breakfast and then pop back for something small over lunch. The room was also lovely, I stayed in a superior single room on the first floor. Often single rooms appear cramped but this was just perfect and the lovely big balcony overlooking the pool was a real treat. I would most definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Was a good hotel came in and the room had hair in it and the sheets were unclean requested for a cleaner or a new room and had to wait the night and then was expecting to have a cleaner come in while I was out and still wasn’t cleaned and went down to reception 3 times just to get the room clean. Other than that nice place and good location

I stayed in the hotel for one night because it was very cheap at 51 euros for bed and breakfast. The location in the second row was ok, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The double room I used in the main building was very small, I wouldn't spend a longer stay here. The rooms on level 0 (one floor above reception at pool level) are very noisy: I was woken up at 7am by loud music as there is a bar on the same level. The breakfast was below average for a 4 star hotel. There was no raw cum or chocolate cream. There are only four German channels on television (RTL, Vox, RTL2, SuperRTL). Overall, the hotel is okay for the price, but there are better hotels on the playa.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

Our expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

GGuest UserCheck in was a nightmare, they couldn't find me on the system. I was travelling alone for the first time so this left me a little shaken but the staff were very good and sorted the problem, I am unsure whether this was a hotel problem or an issue due to booking through Expedia. Beautiful clean hotel. The room was amazing and the bed comfy. Photos of my room when booking showed you got robes but this was not the case for me. Balcony sea view was stunning although, the balconies are not very private and the people next door to me were out a lot on theirs smoking which made me not want to be out on mine much. Twice when I ventured out through reception I noticed other hotel goers complaining, one of which was openly sobbing in the reception area, both times the staff didn't appear very understanding, but I didn't hang around to see the outcome. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast selection was amazing, they even had cava as part of the drinks selection which was a nice touch. Compared to the rest of the hotel the breakfast/bar area looks a bit dated. The pool bar doesn't open until 12 which was a disappointment as I was thirsty down by the pool and needed some bottled water or an orange juice etc to stop me getting dehydrated in the heat. 12 o clock came and went and I could hear staff members in the kitchen area but I rang the bell on numerous occasions and no one came. By 1:30 I gave up trying and went out to a local shop instead. Location was great for a beach holiday, I ventured into Palma old town by walking 20 mins to the aquarium and then getting a bus into the town for only €2.

GGuest UserThis Spanish trip This hotel is definitely a highlight. It has brought me a lot of surprises. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The soundproofing effect is very good. The view of the sea view room is also very good. The most praiseworthy is the hotel's buffet. We have a buffet at the hotel in the morning and evening. A wide variety is different every day. The key is still delicious. The quality is very good.

LLifesLittleEscapesCheck in was fast and simple. The front desk spoke wonderful English and she was very warm and welcoming. The lady after her was less friendly but still answered my questions promptly. The location is amazing, just 150 steps to the gorgeous white sand beach. The room itself was spacious, tons of closet space, very clean, and had an excellent view of the ocean. The only negative thing I have to say is that my body wash was out even after two days of them cleaning my room, but it's not important enough to complain about. The walk in shower is heavenly. I love this hotel and will definitely return.

GGuest UserBreakfast is good, very close to the beach, the room has a terrace lounge chair, and a toiletries and a kettle are provided. The front desk is very nice, for us to explain to the 25th, 15th and 23rd roads in the capital of Parma, and to take the seesight line in the city of Parma. The ticket can be used within 24 hours, and you can get off at any classic. Guide Chinese. But when I checked out, the cleaning staff came to remind us, even slamming the door and knocking out my coat on the ground, it was quite awkward, it might just be 12:10. I haven’t arrived yet to express my dissatisfaction.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

AAnonymous UserUpon arrival on the 26/04 after a long journey, we were desperately seeking a nice cold drink. We headed to the rooftop bar however, the bartender was very rude. After waiting to get his attention we asked for 2 drinks. He immediately and without looking up, told us that we would have to wait. He continued to move stuff around the bar and ignored us. We eventually walked off. There were no other customers and it was 11.30 am and the bar was open.This was not a very pleasant first experience.

It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.

Kknkn._.The location was good, close to the bus stop for the airport direct bus and the bus from Palma, and close to the coast. When I asked them to exchange money, they kindly exchanged money and were very helpful. I would like to use it again when I go again.

RRosaelxI traveled with my teenage daughter and we had the best vacation of my life, the hotel staff was fantastic and very friendly, the buffet was well stocked and everything was hot and ready, the rooms were very clean although the furniture was not very modern, it was all young people and kids on an end-of-year trip, so if you want peace of mind, ask for one of the buildings higher up in the hotel complex, they have entertainers and little shops inside...I liked it, I recommend it
