Third time had been here. The first time is garden chalet, nice view when at night. Second time is normal water chalet, which when you open the window you’ll see another chalet front of you. But thiss, the third time, premium water chalet is superb awesome, with free pass to access avi lounge for tea time. This is my most memorable birthday present that I’ll remember. Premium water chalet is located at the front row, so when you open the door to balcony, there is no one except the sea, the most awesome view. It’s like you travel to Bali but in Malaysia.

The service of all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is not so cheap and drinks aswell but still acceptable. Kids really enjoyed the private room pool, so maybe please maintain it more cleanly. Place is really good for family and actually no need to take other booking for water activities its all inside the resort.

The room is clean, the pool water is clear, and my family had a great time. The breakfast costs RM65 per person, but the food selection is limited and the taste is not good, hygiene needs improvement. While having breakfast with the family, we found a foreign object in the juice that looked like a cockroach's leg, but we were not sure if it came from the cup or was already in the drink. After informing the restaurant manager, the reason given was the dirty marks on the drink container. We probably won't choose to have breakfast at the hotel on our next stay. Overall, the stay experience was still good, with the restaurant manager and all hotel staff displaying excellent service attitudes
