The King suites room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff and the guard are polite and friendly. Check-in is smooth and fast. Location is perfect. AEON Shopping Centre and KLIA airport express bus terminal are just opposite the hotel. Will come back again.

The room is smell like mouldy, the housekeeping department nose totally spoil, don’t let me to change room and REFUND MY HOTEL FEES…
Hotel air ventilation is totally with problem…. The room smelly mouldy. Is their housekeeping going to hosptality training? I don’t think they going hospitality training!!!
The bed is so dirty, look like never change the bedsheet🤮
This is super bad experience and waste my money! I check-in and check-out within one hour, totally can’t stay on it!!! The management DECLINE TO RETURN MY HOTEL FEES!!!!

The house is OK, clean and sanitary. It is a good choice for travel or business. It is not far from Port Klang. There are places to eat and drink around, and there are many local specialties.
