The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. If you are not traveling by car, you can only get in and out by bus. The bus station is not too far away, which is acceptable. I was given a room facing the swimming pool. The view is OK, but at night because there are people drinking at the pool bar, The conversation will be louder, the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, overall I am satisfied with the above

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon, it was our first visit to Mallorca and it could not have been better! I have stayed at many hotels and resorts but the service here was the best I have ever experienced. The staff and managers at the hotel made sure to get to know us and greet us every day, and were happy to make recommendations on where to visit and how to get around. It was also my birthday during our stay and they took extra measures to wish me a happy birthday on top of the special surprise they put in our room for our honeymoon. The location is perfect, super close to many restaurants and the beach, and a very short bus ride or drive to Palma. We were able to rent a car right at the hotel and drive to many scenic spots. The buffet breakfast was different every day and very good. We are already excited to come back and stay at Tomir Portals Suites again someday. Thank you for the great experience :)

Lovely hotel.. Pool area clean and tidy. Roof top bar super. Breakfast exceptional. Staff all really friendly. Good location to marina. Supermarket very close by. Rooms are spacious but sound proofing between rooms very poor.. Can literally hear people talking plainly and any wardrobe doors closing in room next door can be heard distinctly. Kept me awake a lot. A real shame as it detracts from the good points of hotel. Not sure how this can be overcome but certainly needs looking at.

Would highly recommend this adults only hotel with a nice relaxed vibe. Large rooms with balconies and a fantastic buffet breakfast. A chef will also make eggs and pancakes fresh to order. Beautiful pool with a lifeguard and there always was a bed available. Loved the rooftop bar for a nightcap with the view across to Palma Nova. Short walk down to the restaurants at the marina for a night out.

Tomir Suites is an absolutely fabulously hotel. The staff were so helpful and courteous. The cleanliness and high standard of decor, was evident from the minute we entered. Breakfast was superb, great choice of food. Bar great offering lunch and dinner. Rooftop bar amazing, chilled out music and guest dj's .Pool area lovely, the provision of pool towels were an added bonus. Rooms were great, very comfy beds, kettle,hairdryer provided, towels changed daily. About a 10 min walk to marina, 5 min taxi ride to palma nova, 15 min to palma. Definately one to return to.

Our suite was spacious, clean, very comfortable and had everything you would need. Balcony wasn't huge considering the size of the suite but was perfectly adequate with 2 chairs table a d clothes rack. The staff throughout were exceptional. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had. Very fresh, continually renewed and varied. The area round the pool was a bit tight when the hotel was busy. The pool is spotless and a great temperature. The lunches were delicious. We ate dinner one night which was so much cheaper than at the Marina and tasted just as good. Loved the rooftop bar. So stylish with awesome views. Shame it was only open Thurs to Sunday. We had a fantastic holiday.
