Absolutely fabulous hotel! The decor was quirky and totally gorgeous throughout the hotel. Spotlessly clean and the most amazing and friendly staff shout out to Pamela and Brenda for making us feel so welcome. The staff in the dining room and bar were very attentive and the service and food were excellent. Breakfast was a feast and dinner delicious. Im already looking forward to my next stay

Hotel on first glance is lovely , well decorated , a little bit blingy in places but that’s the vibe Breakfast service horrendous , seated at 9.20 , wobbly table , has to ask twice to place order at 9.45 .One young inexperienced waitress serving and yet only 12 people in the breakfast room The lady who was in charge seated us but never appeared again to help ! Two tables beside us had wrong orders served and complained One of our breakfasts had a broken , splattered egg over the plate and we heard the chef tell the girl to apologise to us !! Our breakfast arrived at 10.40am Awful experience and the whole time we were there still only 12 guests were served breakfast for a BH weekend Thankfully the receptionist service was excellent and whilst queuing to pay another sets of guests were also complaining . We did get a little discount

We are locals and have eaten here three times recently. Many thanks to the chef and staff for faultless top quality meals. The steak, duck and lamb dishes were cooked to perfection! The wines are also top quality for the price. We will be back!!

Didn’t stay in hotel but I am sure the rooms are lovely. Decor in lounge/dining room lovely. Had tea and hubbie hd a beer, went back in same nite hubbie asked for 2 bloody marys was told they had no tomato juice was a tad disappointed at that as would normally drink tomato juice if not partaking in alcohol . Staff friendly and Helpful.

Fun and funky restaurant, relaxed atmosphere. We were a little early so started with cocktails which were delicious!! Scallops were gorgeous and our steaks were cooked to perfection!!! Staff were great. We will definitely eat here again

Exceptional food. Absolutely delicious. Best meal in a very long time. Starter was average, main course - monkfish was delicious and so were the dishes served to the 3 others. Dessert was yum! Highly recommended. Lovely friendly staff. Thank you!

Stayed at me & mrs jones on the 15th July 2024. This was our 4the visit there. We had a beautiful room, number 30, two big king size beds, and a little living room area with patio doors, it was beautiful, I’d like to thank the staff on at the desk, Brenda was so helpful, and very nice. Brenda’s daughter was also on the following morning, and was also very helpful. The staff are very nice, and friendly, food is great too. I will continue to come to this hotel without a dought. The hotel is one of the quirkiest hotels we have stayed. That's not a bad point quite the opposite, the rooms are all different which means when we visit again we won't have a boring hotel experience. The breakfast is first class and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Like the address a Diamond of a hotel. Port Stewart is awash with fabulous eating houses.

Not what I expected! I was hoping to meet Michelle, From the Easter disaster, who was unbelievably brilliant. The manager is very rude. When asked about Michelle, it was plain to see the hateful tone in his voice… Michelle was the reason we were willing to give you a second chance… The Manager is arrogant, narcissistic And we will not be back
