Was für ein Stress mit dieser Unterkunft. Bescheidene Kommunikation mit what’s App Chat Bots, später dann unfreundlichen und inkompetenten Mitarbeitern auf der „Hotline“. Komplizierter, ausschließlich elektronischer Check in. Keine Möglichkeit, den Zimmerwunsch vor Ort umzusetzen, weil: KEIN MITARBEITER im gesamten Hotel. In 5 Tagen wurde weder das Zimmer aufgeräumt, noch gab es frische Handtücher!!! Zimmermädchen sprach weder ein Wort tschechisch (wir sind Natives!), deutsch noch englisch und verstand auch anhand von Körpersprache den Wunsch nach frischen Handtüchern nicht?!?! Absolutes No-Go!
Allein eine schöne Immobilie und modern eingerichtete Zimmer reichen leider nicht. Daher werden wir (mindestens 1x/Monat für mehrere Nächte in Prag) dieses Haus nie wieder buchen und können es aufgrund der absoluten Servicewüste NICHT EMPFEHLEN! Schade.

Like the other reviews, this particular property is in prime location (but not too touristy like Old Town), easily accessible from airport, beautifully decorated, excellent value and had lovely in-room amenities. I think this is perfect for a short stay of few days max.
We stayed for 7 days and cleaning was only offered for free for 8 days or longer. You can get extra coffee, toilet paper and linens from a closet on a different floor but after a few days, the room just isn't very comfortable. Midweek cleaning included would be perfect (costs 750 czk), so would the availability of a microwave and trash removal. There wasn't anywhere to put extra trash unless you coordinate a pick up via the app.
Ask for a room with a balcony. Overally a great stay with some minor inconveniences mentioned above and the club nearby can be noticeable at night.

We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The room is spacious, super clean and the bed is so comfortable. It was stocked with all the goodies upon check in. We couldn’t asked for a better location, all major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Prague.

Zeer ruime kamer en mooi onderhouden hotel. Ondanks de centrale ligging hebben we een heerlijk rustig verblijf gehad, geluid van buiten haast onhoorbaar. Geweldig!

Perfetto punto di partenza per visitare Praga, vicino alle principali vie del centro storico e adiacente alla fermata della metro Mustek. Piazza Jungmann è tra la città vecchia e la città nuova e da qui si arriva ovunque in un attimo. Bellissimo il palazzo d'epoca che ospita la struttura, il portone lascia senza fiato mentre gli interni in stile decò sono raffinatissimi, tanto che sembra di averli già visti in un film. Stanza enorme, su due piani, con arredi nuovi e contemporanei. Birretta di benvenuto. Ottimo.
