Quelle honte!!! Cet hôtel est attirant sur le papier mais si vous voulez dormir il faut éviter car il y a une boite de nuit en dessous dont la musique fait trembler les murs jusqu'à 4H00 du matin. Le responsable en est conscient mais continue tout de même à louer les chambres. Pour preuve, dès que nous avons demandé une solution alternative ils ont simplement annulé les 3 autres nuits réservées sans nous prévenir. Dans les minutes suivantes, la chambre était de nouveau disponible sur un site de location. Outre le fait que l'accueil y est très limite, il se moque complètement de ce qu'on leur dit. Après avoir exigé un remboursement intégral de la réservation nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel et avons donc déménagé à l'hôtel Orea place Seno . Des pros avec un accueil digne de ce nom. On peut enfin visiter Prague sereinement.
