Room and bathroom were very small and minimal. AC didn't work and no screens in the windows either so you couldn't open them. The staff did offer a discount on the hotel room but the stay was not ideal. Room was furnished with very limited and basic furniture which was strapped down!!
Parking although convenient with a lot to the hotel but cost $38 on top of the room charges!

Staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. Very beautiful hotel, awesome vibe but room was very tight and small, shower experience was terrible (but pretty to look at). Perhaps for couples or business travel would have been better but wasn't the most ideal fit for my family although I wanted it to be!

I had to cancel my reservation, which I was able to do with the Dean hotel. They were extremely accommodating. However, when I tried to reach ******* to do the same, I was put into an endless loop of customer service and was not able to make any change to my reservation. It was extremely frustrating, and I will not use ******* again. Pro tip: go directly to the hotel and avoid the middleman.

I wish the property would have indicated how loud the surrounding area was at night. We did not sleep a wink. Additionally the coffee bar was not in service during the hours they said it would be. Lastly, the shower is uncannily small. I was surprised to see such a small shower in a spacious bathroom. Would not recommend.

Bunk Bed Room was tight. Pillows not great Towles not high quality • Shower was impossible to adjust temp Staff was very friendly, very Lobby comfortable Parking available on street (download parking app ••• Funky devory - staged NOT functional

Room was fine itself, but don't stay here Fri or Sat night if you want to sleep before 1AM. the club next door has outdoor music until midnight, and lots of noise after that till it closes at 1AM. We were not informed at any point, especially as we should have been when our room was on that side of the building. Obvious why it's not disclosed, but should be. Also, coffee in the morning is $3 and terrible.
