My wife & I ordered Chilean beef and grilled beef for dinner from the menu and to be cooked medium rare. When it arrived it turned out to be well done. Waiter obligingly took it away for replacement. The 2 replacement portions came back medium rare but the meat was tough. I can only conclude that it was the worst meal we have had since we started our holidays 12 days ago.

O hotel é muito bom, organizado, limpo e com ótimo café da manhã, mas o principal é a excelente localização! Diversos restaurantes, shopping, sky costanera e outros passeios que conseguimos fazer a pé. Acesso ao metrô a 1 quarteirão. Quarto espaçoso, com bastante conforto.

Fui na primeira semana de setembro para Santiago. Recomendo muito o Hotel para quem deseja ir com os amigos ou em casal, devido à localização em Providência, próximo de muitos bares e restaurantes, assim, o deslocamento à pé é bem tranquilo. Está bem perto do Sky Costanera e do Shooping, fui várias vezes à pé, uns 6 minutos andando, super tranquilo. Bairro bem movimentado. Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedades. Atendimento sensacional, equipe do hotel nos deu dicas de restaurantes e localizações de pontos turísticos. Apesar de ser um pouco antigo, não tive problema algum em relação ao quarto.

O hotel é bem localizado, conta com um restaurante que atende até 21h e tem um atendimento muito bom na recepção, com destaque a Agustin e Jean, que nos deram muitas informações sobre pontos turísticos, como chegar, etc. O que deixa a desejar é a limpeza no banheiro que não parece bem feita, fora que as toalhas são lavadas, mas eu encardidas. Tirando isso, a cama é muito confortável e o café da manhã é muito bem servido. Voltaria, com certeza!

O hotel possui uma ótima estrutura. Café da manhã com variedade de frutas e pães. Restaurante bom para um dia que você não queira sair. Atendentes sempre muito solícitos e permitem que você solicite café da manhã para o dia seguinte caso você vá fazer algum passeio durante o dia (ideal é pedir no dia anterior). Possui café e água no hall do hotel para os proprietários. Bem localizado e da pra se deslocar a pé ou de Uber facilmente.

O Panamericana Hotel Providência é super aconchegante e confortável. Durante minha estadia, os funcionários foram cordiais, muitos compreendiam perfeitamente o português brasileiro e o ambiente é limpo, organizado e agradável. Acredito que os pontos altos sejam a relação de custo-benefício e a localização, sendo bem próximo de restaurantes e lanchonetes, casas de câmbio (com cotações muitas vezes melhores que no Brasil), de estações de metrô e de pontos de turismo, como o Sky Costanera. Para quem precisa levar algo de valor, os quartos apresentam cofres eletrônicos e que são bem fáceis de serem utilizados.

Hotel com excelente relação custo X benefício, com instalações muito boas e bem limpas, além de acesso muito fácil as atrações turísticos de Santiago, do metrô e da vida noturna da cidade. Fica a apenas uma caminhada de 10 mim do sky costanera, 5 min da entrada do parque do cerro Cristóvão, há uma estação de bike itau na porta, metro a 200m e farta oferta de restaurantes e bares ao redor.
