Das Hotel ist schön. Das Frühstück wird serviert. Sehr gutes Essen. Der Service am Pool könnte besser sein. Manchmal etwas laut. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Guter Service und umfangeiche Bar. Großer kalter Pool, Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Sono ritornata in questo splendido resort a distanza di due mesi dal primo week end trascorso qui. Si riconferma eccellente tutto: l'ordine, la pulizia, l'organizzazione, la qualità del cibo, il personale. Su tutti simpatici, empatici e molto professionali Domenico e Nicola. Facendo questi due nomi, però, non voglio far torto agli altri. Tutti, nessuno escluso, attentissimi alle esigenze del cliente, pronti a soddisfare anche le più disparate. Tutti molto professionali; colpisce la dedizione al lavoro di ognuno quasi ne fossero i proprietari (ciò l'ho particolarmente apprezzato). A differenza di quanto letto (francamente non compreso) ho trovato i gazebo a bordo piscina comodissimi e l'acqua della temperatura giusta. Tutto perfetto (anche il verde, immenso, è curatissimo). Colazione molto varia con materie prime ottime. Molti i prodotti di pasticceria firmati Iginio Massari (sublime la torta noci e albicocche); salumi e formaggi selezionati, frutta scelta in abbondanza. Eccellente l'offerta gastronomica e molto varia con ben tre ristoranti (il don Alfonso, il Sansei e Proxima di Franco Pepe). Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo; in altre strutture simili, situate in altre regioni, i costi sono decisamente maggiori. Grazie, a presto rivedervi e ad maiora semper! Dimenticavo: il San Barbato dispone di una ricchissima e preziosa cantina vini.

In totale relax, lontano da tutto, si può godere del bellissimo centro benessere, di una piscina grande con servizio food servito. Cenare sulla terrazza panoramica non ha prezzo! Cucina eccellente e sushi squisito, assolutamente da provare! Il personale cordiale e molto disponibile!

Hotel cinque stelle buono ma non eccellente. Per me non è un hotel a cinque stelle anche se se ha I titoli sulla carta. La notte in cui ho dormito anzi che non ho dormito la mia stanza dotata di un balcone sul quale c’erano delle luminarie come a Napoli la notte di capodanno. Lamentandomi alla reception, mi è stato risposto che potevo chiudere le tende. Come se non avessi fatto secondo lui ma le luci erano talmente forte che passavano attraverso le fessure della tenda. Per accedere alla piscina si passa attraverso dei corridoi. La cosa peggiore della piscina è che puoi stazionare solo da un lato esattamente il lato sinistro avendo alle spalle la struttura. Perché? Perché quando esci dalla spa ci sono dei motori esterni che servono alla spa enormi che fanno un rumore infernale H 24 ripeto infernale. Mi aspetto che in un Hotel cinque stelle il cliente debba essere coccolato non disturbato da un rumore Continuo e assordante. Tanto che appena sono arrivata in piscina ho trovato un grandissimo letto con baldacchino meraviglioso. Mi sono chiesta perché nessuno lo occupasse dopo cinque minuti che stavo lì ho capito perché rumore assordante. Il ristorante ottimo livello. Comunque non ci tornerò.

Abbiamo conosciuto, casualmente, la struttura sui social, esperienza favolosa (con lode). Sì proprio con lode, difficilmente abbiamo trovato una struttura che è riuscita ad interagire con noi su tutto, professionalità, qualità, gentilezza, disponibilità, e tanto altro ancora. Sodisfatti per ogni nostra esigenza, personale eccezionale, dalla reception alla piscina, dalla SPA alla cantinetta, dalla pizzeria al ristorante, non vorrei dimenticare nessuno. Tutto meravigliosamente bello, elegante e curato nei particolari in modo maniacale. Sono del parere che quando si ha la fortuna di frequentare queste strutture, vanno promosse e valorizzate per quello che meritano, la mia è una recensione per supportare e gratificare chi si impegna quotidianamente per ottenere certi risultati. Complimenti davvero a tutti, struttura di straordinaria efficienza ed eleganza.

Sono stata con amici a mangiare la pizza ma essendo celiaca mi è stato proposto un tagliere di salumi e formaggi con pane di accompagnamento SG senza alcun sapore. Il tagliere era poco assortito anche se abbondante. Non c'era alcun formaggio del territorio.
