Good buffet with longer hours than in other hotels. Good service. Decent public parking. Very very close to the beach. Good installations. Improvable pillow.

I came here with my wife,sister son and grandaughter All inclusive for 10 nights and I want to say thankyou thankyou thankyou what an amazing place this is The staff work so so hard 24/7 it is spotless we loved everything about it we had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was massive with a walk in shower and a view of the pool The food to choose from in the restaurant was plenty,the food at the pool bar was plenty,the drinks they served was plenty of choice.The entertainment team where fantastic and my granddaughter loved the mini disco and the acts they put on This is a gem of a place and we have booked to go back in January I also want to say thankyou to all your staff from the cleaning staff right through to the waiters reception and bar staff especially Jenny she works her socks off with her team too we actually left a 40 euros tip between us all just one fault can we have some better music during the day round the bar pool🤣👊Thankyou once again and see you all in January

On arrival my partner , I , mother and father were offered a light bite to eat as our flight was delayed. This was showing at this moment the hotel had some sense of hospitality. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The maids were exceptional. The bar staff all apart from one gentleman were rude and really quite aggressive in there tone. Customer service nil. The food was mediocre and not alot of choice....more often than not I had to clean my own table as waiters and waitresses stood and watched me. Shambles. My family and I asked for a room for late check out but were rudly told no. As we vacated the rooms at 12pm we had no shower , toilet facilities, changing facilities which led to people having to get changed in the reception area . This was uncomfortable and humiliating as an adult who suffers from anxiety and a medical condition. I would not recommend the floresta to anyone. Don't go near.

we are here right now ignor all the bad reviews that's just people moaning for the sake of moaning the place is amazing and we are absolutely loving it 100% be coming back here we are loving it up to now every staff member having been amazing the food we have not had a problem at all the pool area is massive and the place is absolutely spotlessly clean .

Great hotel, very clean and comfort room, pool, frendly stuff, special geeat food. Awsome location, bus, beach very close, bars, restavrants, shops...everithing we need. Srrongly recomended. Cicar car rent is best option to see whole Lanzarote.

Over priced holiday booked though TUI food was terrible had to eat out every day and evening not what you would except from an all inclusive hotel Sums up a 3 star hotel Very expensive eating out as a large family group Beach was closed due to ecoli Room very basic Bed was like concrete so uncomfortable Drinks tasted like dish water Hotel staff rude

Es un Apartahotel. Buena situación junto a la playa, muy tranquilo, personal del hotel muy amable. El comedor bien, resaltar los horarios de cena que cierra a las 21 horas y 30 minutos es un poco justo para españoles. Habitaciones limpias, decir que pasaban a limpiarla entre las dos y las cuatro de la tarde. Recomendable

Just got back from 7 nights stay here. When arriving on a morning flight we were told that our room would not be ready till late afternoon.The receptionist was rude and not very interested. Once we finally got into our room it was clean and okay with air con in the main room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Rooms were cleaned every day. Pool area lovely and kept clean with plenty of sun beds. Food was okay and had different theme days, but did not seem a lot of choice for little ones. Only one bar on the complex which opened at 11am. The staff were friendly, helpful always smiling and worked really hard. Entertainment was awful, no music round the pool and not much in the way of daytime activities. Evening entertainment was awful 3 magic shows, flamenco singer who emptied the room, karioke which consisted of just children screaming into the microphone. The main ***** outside was lovely with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Local supermarket right outside the hotel. We would not come back to this hotel but would definitely return to lanzarote.

Overall a decent stay, great pools with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Entertainment of an evening ain’t the best but bare able. Rooms are very clean and everything you would need, though the key activates the electric so the fridge is always off when not in the room, not good if you’re wanting to buy things from the shop. The worst part for us was the food in the hotel, I’m glad we were only bed and breakfast as the breakfast was awful. The dinner in the afternoon didn’t look much better. Great location with restaurants and bars near as well as a beach across the way. Good hotel if staying for a week, though I’d advise eating elsewhere.
