Vik Hotel San Antonio

Have stayed here many many times as its a fantastic hotel, great location delicious food brilliant entertainment especially on the Sunday evenings. Staff are friendly and helpful looking forward to my next stay next month.

Have been to this hotel several times which confirms how much I have enjoyed it. The staff are friendly although one or two are a bit grumpy , great location , great views if you request a room with a see view. It caters for everyone although its custom is mostly all adults. It’s also very disable friendly.

Reception staff are outstanding. Despite me not staying at the hotel this year, I have done previously, Denise on reception assisted me twice. Firstly when I lost my phone shortly after arrival in Lanzarote she made telephone calls to the taxi company and acted as translator and helping to get the phone back. Secondly when we were trying to return to the airport and found that due to road closures there were no taxis, she again made a call and we had a taxi within 10 minutes. Thank you Denice.

When arriving at this hotel. It looks a little old fashioned, but this is all part of the charm. A concierge took our bags to our room, and when we checked in and asked about the safety deposit box in the room, that is included in the price. Wi-Fi is also free. When we got to our room. It was lovely and clean. There was a bottle of water supplied and it was replenished every day. There was a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities which were also replenished each day. The food was very good. They have theme nights eg. Chinese, Italian, Indian. There is plenty of choice and plenty of room. The all inclusive snacks are great if you don't want to eat in the dining room. You sit down and are waited on and the staff will make you pizza, burgers Toasties, ice cream etc. The entertainment is aimed mostly at the older generation, and you sit down and are waited on with the drinks which are excellent,even the all inclusive guests. There are two pools, one being an infinity pool and a children's pool, also there are plenty of sun beds and seating areas. We had a great week and would definitely return.

Just back from a week spent in the Vik San Antonio, I can honestly it was the best holiday ever. The staff in every part of the hotel were so kind and helpful, the food was delicious, we went all inclusive and were not disappointed. The entertainment at night was terrific, and the activities during the also added to the holiday. We will be back next year.

I have just got back from a break in the Vik San Antonio . It really is a little gem right on the beach. There weather was amazing. And the Hotel must be one the best. Wonderful staff throughout. The food was delicious ignore any negative reviews (some can never be pleased). I really believe this hotel goes from strength to strength. The evening entertainment is definitely miles ahead of other visits, 2 lovely people on that team. Keep up the good work at the Vik. Shout out to Felix who never failed to keep a table. Also to all the hardworking bar staff thank you for the ⛽️

First impression on arrival was a well worn and scruffy coffee table in the foyer entrance , that needs to go! The hotel was clean and reasonably smart with a few rough edges of worn furniture. We booked a select room and the lounge and outside areas were comfortable and secluded. The range of drinks were good apart from a limited choice of beer and no cider which you had to pay for which is strange considering you can pour yourself a very large spirit with mixer which outweighs the cost of a can of cider! Overall the extra cost of this was well worth it as you could get better quality drinks and the bottled water and other soft drinks and nibbles at your leisure. Food was plenty of choice and decent quality, there were a few mutterings from people about the quality but this was in my view being very picky. We had a meal in the Indian restaurant and the lentil soup was the highlight but it was a nice extra for no cost, The room we had a decent sized with a large balcony and apart from having to ask for towels a couple of times the room service was fine. You had to ask for coffee at the bar for the room which should be restocked by room service. The pool area was decent enough and sun beds were plentiful from what i could see. Entertainment was okay but being in Benidorm we went out mostly. Location wise it was a 10 minute walk to busy part of the new town but there were bars just outside of the hotel.

This was our second visit to San Antonio and we're not disappointed there have been a few changes since our last visit in June thanks to reviews there are now 5 English speaking channels and the grumpy pool barman wasn't there the Staff are all very friendly and helpful Daniel and Anyika were excellent, the food was plentiful and varied the entertainment was fantastic ( the glitter girls and the other groups) The room was ideal and cleaned every day. Thanks very much to the management and staff for making our stay see you next year

We are currently here while the 10th sept on an 8 day all inclusive for our wedding anniversary in the H.Suite 4th floor. Everything from booking in has been great.Reception staff so polite and friendly. The restaurant manager and all his staff are friendly polite and efficient. The food is brilliant and so varied.Beds n pillows so comfy.Brilliant view. Good air con. Rooms cleaned every day..Spacious brilliant grounds with many seating areas. Fab pools and bar and direct access to private beach.Entertainment good. The glitter girls tonight had brilliant voices..BUT BIG LET DOWN......What my husband is not happy with is trying to get a drink tonight first time in bar... We stood at the bar 15 mins and no one behind the bar took notice, a girl waitress from the room came up to us And took our order...then 15 mins later she passed our table, I pointed out to her " are those our cocktails stood on the bar" she said yes , then walked away. I went to the bar to get them but another waiter stopped me , put them on a tray, he followed me to the table, then my husband had to sign for the drinks. 15 mins later, I asked a waiter if we could order drinks please. He said yes, took the glasses left by previous guests and ours too , then never came back for an order? So in about 50 mins we had 1 drink....pretty dire to say we are all Inc. So no wristbands at this hotel just have to sign for every drink......if you can get one !!! We came out, it is the only bar in a night. You can't get to the bar for people sat around it.....they seemed to get served fast enough we couldnt get our heads around no service...not enough waiters......probably for this reason my husband wouldn't want to come back here.....and go back to the sol lanzarote... this is in ideal location 100 yes from the PDC strip.....its just trying to get a drink on a night ... ..we shouldn't have to go out of the hotel to a bar and pay to get a drink....
