This was our first visit to Villa Canaima and we are looking forward to our next visit already. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nelly at the pool bar was very friendly and is doing a great job in providing great food and drink. We met alot of return Customers which speaks volumes for this hotel. Its also a great location for buses, taxi's, bars and restaurants. and the beach is only a few minutes away. Well done to all involved in Villa Canaima and hope to see you for another relaxing holiday

We stayed for 9 nights in September. Having stayed before we were returning guests. The location is perfect for us, close to all amenities. The rooms are basic but very clean and maid service for towels and bed linen. My only gripe is as follows and would prevent us from returning; Every morning at 07:30 towels are placed on beds to "reserve them" . There is only a limited number of beds and unless you are prepared to join in the towel madness you wont get a bed - all had towels on by 09:30. People would then appear at 11am or later, stay for an hour or two then disappear, leaving their towels. Management state in the welcome pack this is forbidden and signs around the pool say the same but it wasn't enforced. If you dont intend sunbathing around the pool, not a problem but for us it spoiled an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Lovely, well run, little hotel, surprised it’s only a two star. Laundry is a bonus so you can travel light and also has a well stocked library. Great snack bar with good music. All staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx

Un sitio perfecto donde descansar, tranquilo, silencioso, a un paso del aeropuerto, a un paso de los supermercados. El wifi va muy bien Muy limpios, muy atento todo el servicio, lo recomiendo al 100% Piscina muy limpia ideal para refrescarse

Just back from another fabulous holiday in Villa Canaima. Can't speak highly enough of all the apartment management and staff, nothing is too much trouble. In particular Nelly at the pool bar for his warm welcome and his good food. Can't wait to get back

Had everything you needed. So clean. Staff very helpful and thorough. Will be back. Plenty sun beds around the pool. Very good pool bar also. So close to the centre in Matagorda with plenty of shops and bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach.

We’ve been coming to Lanzarote for years but this year I must say was the best yet An absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Canaima Everything about this place was amazing Spotless clean and fell in love with the place We’ve already booked to go back next year !!!

Petit complexe très calme et propre. Les appartements sont bien équipés, climatisation, robinet doté de filtre pour consommer l'eau du robinet, belle terrasse. Le bar est accueillant et le serveur est très sympathique et tient son lieu d'une propreté exemplaire. Très contente d'avoir découvert ce lieux et y reviendrons volontiers.

We have been visiting Villa Canaima for 10 years now and it never disappoints us. The apartments are lovely and clean. The whole complex has a friendly vibe and we meet up with repeat guests each year who are now good friends. Reception staff are so welcoming and friendly as are the cleaning staff. Pool area is spotless and the added bonus of a poolside bar is welcoming for meals and drinks. Looking forward to returning next year.
